Rxcellent hotel for wheelchair-disabled visitors. Staff very welcoming.breakfast superb.

The food was good, our room was very clean and we were pleased with the shower.

Our bed was rather uncomfortable.

Staff were very friendly, the food was lovely and the room was very nice, loved the big shower, just my cup of tea. Really enjoyed our stay, Great Hotel.

The floor was cold in the en-suite and the hotel didn't have a swimming pool. So next time I go I will take my slippers and to exercise I will go walking.

The staff were very friendly. They all spoke away to us. They all came up and congratulated us as it was our honeymoon. Food in the bar was great! Proper homemade food. Room was clean and tidy. Was great! Huge bed and the electric blanket was a really nice touch. Was in a nice plase as it was a nice walk into the centre of Thurso. Would defo stay here again if I was in that area.

The only thing I can say here is the shower curtain wasnt attached to anything so went in for a shower and got hit on the head as it fell to the floor. Was quite funny though!

Fantastic weekend stay, right from the start, very friendly on the phone through booking and continued that trait through the whole stay. Lovely people, lovely food, all in all lovely hotel. Thank you

How it has been brought up to a good standard and the rooms out at the back are excellent. Used to be where the implements were kept a long time ago.

TV picture poor. But not the end of the world. It's hard find anything to complain about.

the staff were very welcoming and friendly, for a small hotel the rooms were excellent. a proper bath towel large and soft and fluffy ! Comfortable beds and excellent foor.

they gave me an outdoor key which did not unlock the door, so had to go through the bar to get to my room.

Its was convenient for our planned itinerary.

Day 3 of our motorcycle tour from Southampton to John O'Groats and after enjoying a full day on our bikes we arrived at the Park Hotel to find the whole place taken over by a wedding. 'Weren't you told' was the response from the receptionist and our answer was an emphatic No, if we'd of known we'd of gone elsewhere. Once the wedding party had gone through for their meal we managed to get a drink in the bar but the food on offer didn't appeal so we wandered into town and had a very good Chinese. When we came back to the hotel the bar had been taken over by the wedding party so we retired early only to be disturbed in the early hours by them.

Food and drink for an evening meal was fantastic. Great location, room was clean.

Expensive room for what you get. We were only 2 minutes late for breakfast and were told that they couldn't do our full Scottish breakfasts as the kitchen was closed, so this was a big disappointment as we felt that the rate was high in the first place. I also didn't like the fact that the shower gel in the bathroom was a large tub and had been used by previous guests. It should be individual products.

Good Food

We chose the hotel for its location near to the railway station initially. However, the style of rooms, cleanliness and general decoration / comfort confirmed we had made a good choice on arrival. The breakfast was excellent and the staff / service was even better. We were made to feel welcome and at home.....I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel for business or pleasure.

The hotel was a perfect location for our needs. They were most cordial and the room was all you needed on a trip up North. The staff was great!

The room was a bit small, but we managed fine.

We like the location, the comfort of the room and the total convenience of the hotel with bar food and good dining room.

We found the staff very helpfull could not have done more to make us feel welcome.

This Hotel is spotless, the staff are well trained and friendly.for a one night stay it is by far the best choice in Thurso.Did not eat there but the food looked very good value ( we ate out at a local Indian restaurant which was also brilliant). would definately stay if on business in the area,or taking the ferries.

I would describe this hotel as a private run Premier Inn, no frills but very comfortable. But its siting (overlooking Tesco in a housing estate) and facilites does not lead it to be a real 3 star holiday destination more a very good stopover.

Good middle of the road hotel.

Price was comparable with other local hotels but prices were higher than those obtainable in larger towns/cities for same or slightly better facilities.

The Park Hotel was in a good location in Thurso. The room was clean and comfortable and was perfect for our short stay of one night.

it was my neice wedding and they did a wonderful job off the wedding and the food was fantastic most off the staff was realy pleasent ,they served the food and drink with politness and with a smile on there faces.

the only thing wrong was the older man serving in the bar his attitude was not the best.
