It was pleasing on the eye. the staff were super friendly all the time. our room wasn't ready but we were taken to the bar and given a complimentary drink while we waited 10 minutes. The staff interactions with all the guests was fantastic. There was a wedding party there and they couldn't do any more for them. we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Late check out of 11am which is also good and I could use the hotel for bits when it was past check in and nothing was any hassle for any of the staff there. They are so so nice! Decor is really quirky, a little bit 'live, laugh, love' but honestly I like that kinda thing. I will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

It gave me the feel of an old style cottage in the English country side. Whenever I come to Salisbury I will be staying here. Staff go above and beyond - they are dog friendly and love four legged friends. Provided a luxury treatment for our dogs with there own sausage breakfast!
