Very friendly welcoming staff. The decor throughout the hotel was good and made it feel light and airy and was tastefully done. The room we had was very clean and the beds comfortable. We had breakfast in the hotel too and it was nice to have the choice of cooked or continental. The main reason for my visit was to take my daughter shopping in London so the location was important,Gloucester rd tube station was just round the corner and there were plenty of taxis passing the hotel so this was made easy. All round a pleasant trip and definitely a hotel I would reccommend and use on future trips!!

Breakfast was excellent. Even though the room was compact it was so well appointed that the size did not matter - a comfortable bed, a big plasma screen with 40 channels, the best shower in London, everything perfectly clean. Bar prices were a little high. There was a glitch with the sound on one of the tv channels.

Very clean, most staff very friendly, and helpful, comfortable rooms. When I arrived I was asked if I smoked, I replied yes and the receptionist said 'yes I smell'! I assumed she meant she could smell tobacco as I had just had a cigarette outside the hotel. She then said 'please do not smoke in your room'. I have to say this comment spoilt my stay with you. Im an adult, I know what the laws of this country are, I had read your web site where it states no smoking and I had no intention of 'breaking the rules'. I did not like being treated like a child and the comment embarressed me.

We liked that rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was the top, big choise of continental + english. It was in very good location, 300 metres from Gloucester Road Tube, two tube stops from Victoria station (from where there go buses and trains to Stansted, Gatwick and Luton airports), from 2 to 5 stops to the main London sites. We were very satisfied with our stay. Maybe the only thing is that you can here people walking above you.

The breakfast was really good and although it was listed as continental it offered cooked breakfast as well (scrambled eggs sausages etc). The breakfast room although in the basement was very nice decorated. The size of room and bathroom was quite decent for London hotels. The location is handy for the underground a number of restaurant are in walking distance.. There was work being carried out at the forefront of a building and although there was no noise during our stay it is not very nice to have scaffoldings out of the window. There is no free wifi at the hotel but there is a PC at the lobby where for 1 pound one can have internet access for 20 minutes. There is also a internet café just across the hotel.

We stayed at the Park International Hotel in London for seven nights. The room we were given was newly renovated and very comfortable for our seven night stay. The staff were very helpful with any requests regarding the room or hotel . An excellent full English breakfast was served every morning. The location was excellent for us, close to a tube station, and walking distance to numerous restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay again.

This is one outstanding hotel. Unlike many other hotels in the area, that we stayed in previously, Park International is newly refurbished, tastefully furnished and smells new. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a pleasant stay. It was cold in the bathroom!

This hotel was a fabulous value for the money, expeirence and ease of staying in London. I had a fantastic time! The service staff was incredible, friendly and helpful. They truly made my visit comfortable and easy. The facilities were impecible, clean and had every modern convenience. The location gave me quick access to all and any part of the greater London area, plus it was near to fabulous shops, gastropubs and eateries. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and have already recommended this hotel to several friends. Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

The hotel has a nice neutral decor and is very clean. the location is excellent. The rooms are quiet and also unusually clean for a London hotel spread over 3 street numbers. The bathroom was amazing. The wardrobes a bit on the small side. The breakfast room was large and light, nice choice of food. The staff were very helpful. I'm definitely coming back if they keep the prices as they are. BBC4 didn't work on the tv.

The location was great, just a short walk from Gloucester Rd Station. It was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good. You only get 30mins free internet in the lobby, for a 4 star hotel there should be free wi-fi in all rooms. There was also no one at the door to assist with bags, and when your travelling and have heavy suitcases the last thing you need are stairs to get to the hotel!

I booked a single and requested a quiet room. I was given a newly re- furbished double on the top floor away from traffic noise and other guests! The location, few minutes away from a tube station and within walking distance of the museum quarter is ideal. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very freindly and helpful. WiFi seemed only to be available for a minimum of 24 hours for £7. I expect good hotels to have a free service.

They read my reservation & gave us a fairly quiet room with no feathers. The room was small which they made clear was because it was towards the rear & because we asked for a quiet room. It was very large and on a busy road. Nothing was bad, it just wasn't nearly as nice as other places I've stayed in London that ranked a lot lower on booking.com

Cleansiness, comfort, newness, staff politeness and helpfulness, facilities ~Although I had a really nice stay, the only little problem was at breakfast when the two staff were rushed off their feet with no crockery, no cutlery, no glass to drink you juice, no water in the machines, most of the breakfast bowls were empty. And although they did apologies perfusely and they were very kind and helpful, people were standing around for very long times waiting for refiles etc. I think considering that this was a Bank Holiday New Year and the hotel was full more staff, utensils and food should be out
