Breakfast was excellent. Even though the room was compact it was so well appointed that the size did not matter - a comfortable bed, a big plasma screen with 40 channels, the best shower in London, everything perfectly clean. Bar prices were a little high. There was a glitch with the sound on one of the tv channels.

Good mid-price hotel in a central location with most amenities. Clean and comfortable. I stayed in this hotel because my regular hotel where I stay was fully booked for the night.Whilst the hotel was perfectly acceptable I would have liked to have seen such things as a hairdryer in the room and a choice of fried eggs for breakfast. While not essential, it is the little things which keep you coming back time after time since these are often the differences between hotels of a similar class and standard.

Staff brilliant - firendly and professional. We explained we had taken a long hal flight (11 hrs form S. africa with baby and Dr's appoinment in early afternoon and they checked us in at 9am - this is just one of those miracles that make a difficult day ten times easier. They understood and delivered. That doesn't happen often. Other than that the Hotel is really clean, room was on the small side but that's not really a complaint rather an observation. We loved this place, really close to tube and lobby elegant. Breakfast had a large selection and you would want to be a real cranky person to have a problem with it as it was great. Nothing to moan about.

Friendly staff, very good location. The room was unbelievably hot, and we're in May. I had to undress everytime I got back. Lousy bed, also, too soft.

Very nice . I Liked kensington to The staff could be mord helpful, we came in at night and there had some problem with getting us our . Maybe 5 minuts but it was long time for us when My friendster was tired and not feeling so good. Asked some simpel questions about London and The Answers was not so good , no commitment and no motivation to give me à good service so egen if the hotel was great , I choose other hotel next time

The hotel was very centrally located close to the tube stop and many restaurants. Breakfast was very good and the hotel ambiance was very nice. Very friendly staff. My room was very small and the mattress was shot. I don't like the idea to buy internet which I thought was expensive, didn't work well and needed to log in frequently which was annoying.

The staff was very welcoming and took very good care of me. The room was very clean, they passed in the white sock test (in Brazil it's what we say when a place is very, very clean, if the room was not clean the sock would not stay white...hehe). Very close to subway. The room was very small but I already knew it aftervreading all the reviews, but even so I was impressed of how small it was. But the generosity and kindness of the staff surpasse all of that!

The staff were friendly, helpful and sincere. The rooms were plush and clean and well-appointed. Everything smelled fresh and new. The continental/English breakfast was fantastic. The hall door outside our room slammed hard every time it closed and became very irritating.

Very nice welcome and friendly staff .First impressions nice and clean. Rooms quite small but perfectly acceptable . Breakfast was a bit of a disaster. We got down about 9.30 and there was nothing left on the Buffet. There were queues for the hour we were at breakfast and they could not refill quick enough for the amount of people in the Hotel. The Breakfast set up was more for a small b&b , but certainly not suitable for a busy hotel. Staff were obviously not trained to do the job.

Very clean. Bathroom was modern and clean. The picture of the room on the internet was NOT the room I was given. Mine was the size of a coffin...literally. I didn't know rooms could be that small. My friend and I paid the same price, but my friend got the exact room shown on the internet and her name is unisex. People who don't know her think she will be a man. Hmmmmm. I'm kind of bitter to be given the second class room for whatever reason when I'm the one who booked the whole thing.

Great location. Just a short walk from the Gloucester Road underground station and within walking distance of many museums. Really awful wireless sevice. Not only do they have the gaul to charge for it, it is complete rubbish. The TV was a complete bust too. No one at the hotel really knew anything about it and I had to call swisscom which did as much good as talking to the dustbin. This alone would make me not want to stay here again.

Very nice boutique hotel in a central location. I was worried about its location on a busy main room but our room was well soundproofed and there was no ambient noise from outside.. Check in was a little bit of a drama as the receptionists grasp of english was a little strectched.. Once we understood each otther there were no further complaints
