We got a big discount which meant we could afford to stay in this great location, South Kensington, and the room was big and comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet. Maybe the shower was not very powerful and the bath could have been updated. |

going to the Royal Albert Hall. Only reason I stayed here. The inconvienence for those who are wheelchair users. The room i was allocated was totally unacceptable , despite stating that I was bringing a wheelchair user. I also put this on the on line form, yet get offered a room on the 5 th floor and informed by the receptionist well there is a lift. Getting into my room was a nightmare and access from the road was not suitable. I had to lift the whhelchair up the steps and did not get offered any assistance. This is outragous in the 21 century, that hotels do not have wheelchair access or is even wheelchair friendly, The hotel failed here. It is not user friendly whatso ever. The Waitresses were also very unfriendly. |

Good continental breakfast, location handy to tube, Music colleges and Royal Albert Hall. Small room, worn carpets, bathroom sink and taps grotty. Hotel fine for an overnight stopover. |

The location only Mattress was not comfortable. Bed covers was not clean. Pillow covers was not clean. Towels were not clean even after changing them. Breakfast was exactly the same for 5 days and quantities were very poor. In London you may not expect a room with a view but the least of a daylight, park hotel have a lot of rooms that has no view and hardly a daylight mostly windows facing walls. |

IT was close to the hotel where i had a meeting and close to the tube. No evening meal -only crisps in the bar-only one draft drink hence it was permanently empty. |

Friendly welcoming staff; room upgraded without request. Pleasant room with excellent bathroom Telephone had to be disconnected because it involuntarily rang every minute. Breakfast arrangements unrelaxing - not enough room for everyone. |

Quiet, clean, good breakfast The fact that they photocopied my credit card on arrival because I didn't have a passport or driving licence. We should not be expected to carry these docs around when travelling within UK. And photocopying credit cards is dubious practice - open to abuse. |
