Room was very quiet and clean. Continental breakfast was good both in quality and variety of food. Atnosphere friendly and relaxed. The room (a single one) was extremely small, but being London this was granted for that price. Maybe the days I stayed there the hotel was fullly booked because I had to queue for breakfast... but in the end it was not a long waiting. |

It exceeded expections after reading some reviews. Staff extremely helpful & friendly. Many thanks to Roxanna & ALL in reception, in arranging another night at last minute. Great location for getting around London. Nice area. Top marks to all In Park International. Bar closes very early(sometimes before 11pm) for residents who wish to have a late drink. It would be better if it stayed open till at least 12 as international bars do. |

I am a retired pilot for a major international airline, and have stayed at hotels all over the world. I would recommend this hotel to those travelling to London on a budget who still desire quality accomodations and an excellent location for just walking around or accessing the public transportation system. |

Extremely convenient location, courteous staff, clean, though the age shows. Good breakfast. Was very thoughtful of the hotel to provide good quality tea/coffee in the room. Good value for money. Although (somewhat new) and clean, yet very poorly designed shower - a person with small frame like mine had difficulty moving my arms in it to soap my body. Many of the appliances in the room (electronic lock of the safety deposit box, trouser presser and the refrigerator) didn't work. They were supposed to come back with the electronic master key to open it, that never happened. Though very courteous yet the staff was slow to react; had to be reminded. (Not really a complaint: We got in at around noon time and were offered early check-in for extra 15 pounds - the rooms were sitting empty - they could have given it but they made additional $$$ but it was convenient.) |

Location is excellent for tube to Heathrow, the West-end as well as the City. Simple yet good clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice lounge area on ground floor for reading, coffee etc. Breakfast spread simple but adequate. Friendly & helpful staff. I'm stretching to find something here....maybe the rooms can be refurbished a little, with flat screen TVs for example. Maybe warm breakfast could include fried eggs and tomatoes! |
