We got a complimentary room upgrade. Breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff were especially congenial and responsive, and the breakfast buffet quite nice. Despite being on a busy street it was very quiet.

We had a room in the basement--it was pretty chilly and smelled a bit of mold.

We have stayed at the Park International numerous times. It is a clean, well-located hotel for a fair price, and the breakfast, while not gourmet, is reliable. Since we travel with our 2 year old daughter, who always shares a bed with us while away from home, the hotel has been kind enough to upgrade us to a king sized bed when a room is available.

The clerk at check-in this time was rather condescending and borderline rude. I've never experienced this at the Park International before and hope it never happens again. The rest of the staff were wonderful as usual.

The air conditioning only worked when contacting the concierge. Our room wasn't very big. Breakfast could have been better, more variety on hot food. Road traffic was heard as we had main road side room. Wifi was an extra charge £7 per 24hours

The free wifi was very difficult to access and in the end I gave up. There were many cafes around nearby that offered better access. Staff tried to help, but it appeared to be a server issue.

Convenient location, felt secure and safe, lovely breakfast, staff very obliging, clean and comfy, lovely room with a comfortable bed , nice linen and very clean.

Basic Internet service was almost unusable, and the paid service slow. The hotel needs to attend to the fact that their so called "high speed internet" is non existent and should be part of the basic service.

General convenience, Proximity to restaurants, decor was excellent - in rooms and in public area, concierge was excellent

Friendliness of staff wasn't as good as during my previous stay, cell phone and internet issues throughout my stay, suite provided was not was described when booking through Booking.com - raised with hotel and nothing done - blame was placed on booking.com, on first night waiting staff allowed a wait of 35 mins before I complained that no order was taken!!

the room was OK, clean but smell of smoking was felt on cloths. could do with freshening up by opening the windows. felt basic for a 4 star

I didn't like the breakfast service, it was so basic and small. the staff were not active enough to cater for the needs of the people. food was so basic. Stayed at Premier Inn and had a breakfast. it was excellent food lot of choice and service was excellent. not money's worth.

The Park is a lovely Hotel, well positioned in Central London. The staff are great, polite, friendly and supportive. The facilities are excellent, albeit the gym is small.

My room, 013 was underneath the Bar and as such was subject to the reasonace of the music above. It was impossible to sleep and I raised this matter with the duty staff during the night. The duty manager, Karl Goebel afforded me a 50% reduction in tarrif. I shall write separately to the General Manager, Christopher Dobson. I was also charged for two bottles of mineral water that I did not use from the mini-bar.

The room was fine. Clean with reasonable facilities. Good bathroom - walk in shower was great.

Breakfast - apple juice had been watered down, scrambled eggs were solid. Only one toaster with a long queue.......the one english newspaper was a day old.....staff were pleasant though
