Bardzo miła, profesjonalna obsługa, nastawiona na swoich gości i ich potrzeby. Czysto, bardzo ładsny pokój. Dobrze, że jest w yposażeniu pokoju czajnik i napoje (kawa, herbata).

jakiś nieustannie pikajacy sysem zabezpieczający. Trudno się przyzwyczaic do tego dźwięku. Przeszkadza, szczególnie w nocu ( na dolnym poziomie hotelu).

Location, facilities and the room.

Very close to Picadilly line, easy connections to all shopping area's. Quiet neigbourhood, safe feeling at night. Good beds, so good value for money.

rather small room, booked quadruple but hardly space for 4 bags.

The staff were extremely helpful. It was three a good value three star hotel in a central location with four star customer care.

Telephone had to be disconnected because it involuntarily rang every minute. Breakfast arrangements unrelaxing - not enough room for everyone.

The Reception area was our first contact, and this was bright and welcoming. Staff were pleasant and very helpful when we asked for anything.Breakfast was very good and much better than we had anticipated.It was very convenient to public transport and restaraunts, idea for sightseeing in London

A very small complaint was that there was no marmalade, only jam, at breakfast.

It was convenient for The Albert Hall and very near the tube station

The location is excellent. Very close to museums and the underground station, in a very safe neighbourhood.

There was too much noise outside, maybe the heating system. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate, to have water pressure (or even water running) the water had to be too hot. The toilet flush didn't always work. The safe didn't work. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a strong cigarrette smoke odor in the room upon my arrival.

A great spot to check out the museums.

My 4 year old daughter, husband and I stayed here for one night in a quad room with B&B. The room although very quiet was particularly small and the heating was overwelming. The window opened a small amount and we just could not cool down. The breakfast was very poor and cheap unpleasant alternatives were offered for all cereals and hot breakfast.
