Location is great, 2 min walk to gloucester road tube station. Hotel room was very hot with no A/C and when I opened the window, it was like a generator outside from nearby hotels and also no lining on curtains. Also nearly got locked into the toilet twice!! |

The barman was friendly, other than that the whole experience was not very good The Tv did not work well, I could not get a reception on most channels, the room was very hot all the time, and when taking a shower the bathroom became completely flooded within 2 minutes. When I mentioned this at reception when I was leaving I did not get much of a reaction or apology |

people were helpful, quiet room, convenient for location the room was shabby, no room service? bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was all self service and not great quality |

Good location, good price, good breakfast, polite staff The room was in the basement, and it was abuot the lenght of the bed+tv (about 3m), and the witdth of the bed+passage+desk (about 2m total). If I opened the clest door, I had to stand away and on the side of the bed, because full open it swinged to the bed. |
