çalışanları güleryüzlü ve yardımsever insanlar,oda temizliği çok iyi,çok merkezi,metroya çok yakın,kent gezisi için mükemmel lokasyonda.

kahvaltıyı hiç beğenmedik,bir hafta kendini tekrarladı,çeşit yok,birkaç gün dışarda kahvaltı yaptık.Kaldığımız oda büyük olsun diye king room odayı tercih etmiştik,yinede küçüktü.

Otel çok güzel kokuyordu. Ti̇pi̇k bi̇r i̇ngi̇li̇z bi̇nasi olmasi hoşumuza gi̇tti̇. Lokasyonu muhteşem! çOk şik bi̇r muhi̇tte. Müzelere yakin. Tren i̇stasyonu otobüs duraklari lokanlatalar kensi̇ngton park çok yere yürüme mesafesi̇nde. Evde gi̇bi̇ hi̇ssetti̇k.

Kahvalti i̇yi̇leşebi̇li̇r. Odalar çok küçük. Resepsi̇yondaki̇ görevli̇leri̇n londra hakkinda bi̇lgi̇leri̇ yoktu hi̇ç bi̇lgi̇ veremi̇yorlar i̇yi̇ ni̇yetli̇ ve güleryüzlü olsalar da. Odadan telefon etmek i̇stedi̇k sadece konaklama i̇çi̇n yer ayirttiniz telefon edemezsi̇ni̇z dedi̇ler oysa ki̇ parasini vermeye hazirdik veaşağidaki̇ telefon külübesi̇ de paramizi yedi̇. Küçük bi̇r detay gi̇bi̇ görünse de çok si̇ni̇r bozucu bi̇r durum. İnternet parali ( 20 Dakikası 1 pound) ve bi̇r sayfayi pri̇nt etmedi̇ler. Karşidaki̇ i̇nternet kafeye yolladilar. Bu ti̇p detaylar i̇nsani soğutuyor.

Location, facilities and the room.

Very close to Picadilly line, easy connections to all shopping area's. Quiet neigbourhood, safe feeling at night. Good beds, so good value for money.

rather small room, booked quadruple but hardly space for 4 bags.

Convenience to Gloucester Road and museums - the room was very quiet

Bed springs in Room 206! tv old fashioned and did not work.

if you are in a business trip.Good location.

my friends was not happy with there beds. the mattress was sagging they had back pains

IT was close to the hotel where i had a meeting and close to the tube.

No evening meal -only crisps in the bar-only one draft drink hence it was permanently empty.

Friendly welcoming staff; room upgraded without request. Pleasant room with excellent bathroom

Telephone had to be disconnected because it involuntarily rang every minute. Breakfast arrangements unrelaxing - not enough room for everyone.

The Reception area was our first contact, and this was bright and welcoming. Staff were pleasant and very helpful when we asked for anything.Breakfast was very good and much better than we had anticipated.It was very convenient to public transport and restaraunts, idea for sightseeing in London

A very small complaint was that there was no marmalade, only jam, at breakfast.

Noise from adjacent room.

It was convenient for The Albert Hall and very near the tube station

The location is excellent. Very close to museums and the underground station, in a very safe neighbourhood.

There was too much noise outside, maybe the heating system. The water temperature in the shower was impossible to regulate, to have water pressure (or even water running) the water had to be too hot. The toilet flush didn't always work. The safe didn't work. Even though it was a non-smoking room, there was a strong cigarrette smoke odor in the room upon my arrival.
