Quiet. Very few other guests. Accepts dogs. Proximity to a good public park. The exterior was a little untidy and poorly maintained. |

Comfortable seating in bar. Breakfast adequate. Room seemed 'half finished' Toilet roll holder missing so paper was balanced on bin. No blind/curtain to draw at bathroom window (which overlooked the road). Tea making tray had one dirty and one broken cup and the kettle did not work. Bed was lumpy. |

There was a lot of disturbance on my first night and I had no sleep. My room was not tended to and bed was not made etc. When I spoke to a gentleman at Reception, he was not dressed appropriately - open neck shirt and track suit top. |

God room, breakfast fine for the four days I stayed. Loose shower, badly fitted toilet seat, stupid place for a toilet roll holder, and more choice on breakfast (especialy for longer stay) |

Bedroom was clean and comfortable - plenty parking - easy check-in & out. Cleanliness of corridor on previous visit, 15th October, Window ledges were covered in dead wasps and carpet was dirty along entirety of the corridor. |

The friendly desk staff were very helpful. The room was not very clean and things were found around the room that were rather sickening and made my stay quite unpleasant. |

The hotel is very poorly specified, with many faults that are far too numerous to list. The workmanship of the building and maintenance are very shoddy. Breakfast was basic. |
