Bedroom was clean and comfortable - plenty parking - easy check-in & out. Cleanliness of corridor on previous visit, 15th October, Window ledges were covered in dead wasps and carpet was dirty along entirety of the corridor. |

The hotel is very poorly specified, with many faults that are far too numerous to list. The workmanship of the building and maintenance are very shoddy. Breakfast was basic. |

The exterior of the hotel looked unfinished. The bathroom in my daughter's room was dirty and the hospitality cups were not clean. Loud music from the kitchen woke my husband and myself at 6am. We were not happy. |

Hotel itself was very clean and modern. Hotel was let down by it's staff unfortunately. Breakfast was poor, all the cutlery, plates, glasses etc were either dirty or chipped. |

It said breakfast included, when I got there, found out is was basically a bowl of cereal and if you wanted a cooked breakfast you had to pay a further £9.95. Not good!!!!! |

my dog was welcome. receptionist very helpful had to miss breakfast on Sunday morning as it was not until 8:00 and I had to leave by then to get to a dog show |

the room was comfortable there was piegon excrement on the balcony, things should be put in place so that could be avoided. Also it is still being renuvated on the outside. and it was not said on the site. |

I was taken ill with severe back pain at the hotel and the service they provided was exceptional; calling a Doctor, carrying my cases, caring for me - well beyond what could be expected. The restaurant menu could be better |
