Parkside International Hotel

Quiet. Very few other guests. Accepts dogs. Proximity to a good public park.

Reasonably priced food

First room was dreadful. second room much better, although they need to improve their customer service as it was not good

Enjoyed stay, evening meal very good

There was a lot of disturbance on my first night and I had no sleep. My room was not tended to and bed was not made etc. When I spoke to a gentleman at Reception, he was not dressed appropriately - open neck shirt and track suit top.

Food and service was rubbish.

Bedroom was clean and comfortable - plenty parking - easy check-in & out.

Cleanliness of corridor on previous visit, 15th October, Window ledges were covered in dead wasps and carpet was dirty along entirety of the corridor.

Shower was only cold water; room was too hot; difficult to cool room as was noisy if window was open

The breakfast

The standards of the rooms were extremely low. Ripped bed sheets, faulty windows and cupboards falling off thier hinges.

The hotel is very poorly specified, with many faults that are far too numerous to list. The workmanship of the building and maintenance are very shoddy. Breakfast was basic.
