Park Lane Mews Hotel  

The hotel was in an excellent location.

The hotel needs renovating. The decor is tired and dated but the room was clean and spaicous.

Location and comfort

It's a bit shabby. When it was a Hilton I stayed there for sveeral weeks at a time but since it has changed hands the fabric of the building and rooms has deteriorated.

The location and staff were the only positive aspects of this hotel

This hotel does not live up to it's Star rating.The photoes/discriptions on the web bear very little resemblence to the actual situation.eg--a delux room where one had to step over the toilet to gain access to the shower!. If one is interested in an evening meal,you won't find it in this hotel.

Staff very helpful and situated in a great location to see London.

ITs location for our need is good. Small clean and friendly.

Location and size of hotel

Rooms were a bit small. Rooms could be a bit more fresh. They were a bit worn out. Staff in lobby not always scilled. Seemed to be trainees and time to time undermanned.

Hotel is ok, considering price & location. Rooms can be somewhat noisy & bathrooms in need of some updating.

Noisy rooms - thin walls.

The location of the hotel was close to the conference I attended and close to the client I visited.

It advertise on the hotel webside, that an access to the wifi is provided in the whole hotel, however it was almost impossible to access internet in my bedroom without suffering disconnection each 2 minutes. This was really annoying as I needed it for work and this was one of my primary criteria for choosing this hotel.

The location and the price

I had to wait 15 minutes before see somebody of the front office for the check in and the check out. Front office employee are the rudest I ever see, the rest of the staff is nice. Bedroom was ok even if it was very cold (just a small removable heater...) and bathroom was clean but old and with a bit of moisture.

I got a good discount on the room, and I was upgraded at no extra cost when I checked in.

The tv only has the 5 terrestrial channels and what I think was a Turkish channel, despite being set up for full digital or Internet tv. Considering the full price of the room, this was a poor selection.
