Location The staff weren't very friendly or helpful. Couldn't get hot water in the shower in the evening. Breakfast should be included in the price (the room is expensive enough). £14.95 for breakfast is far too much money. |

On arrival, my party were told there was no room for us and we had to stay at Knightsbridge Green. This hotel was dreadful and we would definitely not rate this as a 4*. Very dissatisfied with the service from beginning to end |

I have stayed in this hotel many times and thought it was quaint and lovely. I wont stay there again, as I thouht it had dropped in its standards dramatically, the public areas are dirty and shabby, the room was very clean but squashed with no toiletries, no mini bar etc. no I wont stay there again.Sandra Turnbull |

Staff were friendly, location good for city break Advertised wifi in all rooms, very poor signal. Intermittant service. Useless. Tiolet wouldn't flush, advised reception at 4.45pm, I had to move rooms at midnight with no help or apology, Croissants were stale. |

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the corridor which pervaded the room. The quality of the room was a little tired. |

The location of this hotel was excellent from the Picadilly line. Nearest Tube (Hyde Park Corner) was only 5/6 mins walk. Having Hyde Park and Green Park nearby was lovely for walks in a city. A little over priced and some up grading of decor needs to be done. |

The location and surrounding area with wide choice of cuisine. Homely bar! Short walk/taxi ride to CBD Maybe the upholstery in the ceception lounge area could be spruced up, i.e. dry cleaned, but love the style and ambience. |

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. I felt that the bathroom could be updated and needed some renovation work carried out but it would not stop me from staying at this hotel in the future. |

The hotel was beautiful, especially in the reception area. The gentleman on reception was lovely despite having worked a long shift due to a colleagues illness. |

check in was quick and room was comfortable. with no mini bar in the room, it would be useful to at least have a bottle of water available. |

The location of the hotel was ideal for what we were doing. The price...and the lack of warmth and friendliness when we checked in. |
