Large bed. Room rather cramped with dated decor. Reception area smelled of curry. No iron. Cracked sink and chipped bath. Electrical socket fittings loose, one did not work.

Location and comfort It's a bit shabby. When it was a Hilton I stayed there for sveeral weeks at a time but since it has changed hands the fabric of the building and rooms has deteriorated.

Staff so friendly and helpful . Excellently placed for West End and access to tubes, buses, taxis etc. Comfortable bed and bedding good quality and very clean - nice towels and bathroom accessories. Room decor very tired and tatty - needs a good refurbishment with less heavy furnishings and general paring down. Also very noisy right through the night on the Park Lane Hilton side - triple glazing and better air conditioning - it got very, very stuffy and opening window was a) too noisy and b) didn't make any difference.

The location and staff were the only positive aspects of this hotel This hotel does not live up to it's Star rating. The photoes/discriptions on the web bear very little resemblence to the actual situation.eg--a delux room where one had to step over the toilet to gain access to the shower!. If one is interested in an evening meal, you won't find it in this hotel.

Location and size of hotel Rooms were a bit small. Rooms could be a bit more fresh. They were a bit worn out. Staff in lobby not always scilled. Seemed to be trainees and time to time undermanned.

Excellent location for sightseeing. Not bad price for Mayfair hotels. Breakfast is not so good for that price(15pounds). Near to hotel you can find set of cafe with English breakfasts at the price from 4 to 11 pounds, much more better quality. Rooms not new, but pure. Cleaning passes daily, there were no problems with change of bed-clothes.

Hotel is ok, considering price & location. Rooms can be somewhat noisy & bathrooms in need of some updating. Noisy rooms - thin walls.

The location of the hotel was close to the conference I attended and close to the client I visited. It advertise on the hotel webside, that an access to the wifi is provided in the whole hotel, however it was almost impossible to access internet in my bedroom without suffering disconnection each 2 minutes. This was really annoying as I needed it for work and this was one of my primary criteria for choosing this hotel.

The location and the price I had to wait 15 minutes before see somebody of the front office for the check in and the check out. Front office employee are the rudest I ever see, the rest of the staff is nice. Bedroom was ok even if it was very cold (just a small removable heater...) and bathroom was clean but old and with a bit of moisture.

Size and location. Comfortable room. Fabulous big, fluffy towels. Attractive lobby and dining space. Delicious breakfast. The hallway doors are in bad shape: all hacked up. The front desk assured us that they are scheduled for refurbishing soon.

I got a good discount on the room, and I was upgraded at no extra cost when I checked in. The tv only has the 5 terrestrial channels and what I think was a Turkish channel, despite being set up for full digital or Internet tv. Considering the full price of the room, this was a poor selection.

There are two problems I have encountered with the hotel:- 1. I find it difficult to get a booking easily. I am in London 2 or 3 times per week and would like to arrange a regular stay. How do I do this? I have asked the staff to assist and no-one has come back to me. 2. The cost of drinks is extortionate! I ordered two tins of lemonade and the bill was £6.70p. That made me question the loyalty and respect of the hotel for its guests. I do not mind paying extra but that was ridiculous.
