Loved the location - so easy to reach anywhere I wanted and in the nicest part of the city. Staff were very attentive to all our needs and the buffet breakfast was just wonderful.

Decor in the room needed a little sprucing and the shower knob was a little stiff to turn.Not much I didnt like really.

Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom was small but as a single traveler it was ok. Ideal location for central London, few mins walk to the sites.

A good twin room with room to move about, plus an excellent bathroom with a good shower. Also the location was excellent just off Park Lane.

The bedroom carpet should have been replaced about two years ago judging by the look of it and the plug socket at the dressing table was loose - rather erratic hair drying as a result.

I was a bit put off by some of the reviews. I think that after staying there myself, some of the reviews are totally unfair and extremely picky. I liked the whole experience and found it excellent value for money. It is a friendly, comfortable hotel in an excellent location! I will definately be recommending it to my friends. I also found The booking.com website easy to use and very good too!

I loved the location .It was excellent breakfast menu.

The blind in my room number 400 was not big enough to shut out the light or give full coverage to the window.

The fact that 2 double room were booked, one being 2 single beds pushed together is not a good thing, the other room the mattress needs to be replaced!!

Locatie was good, staff personal was friendly

Windows where looked, no fresh air was coming in. The heating and air-co was broken down, placed an electric radiator in the room. In the wardrobe two hangers where broken and the nails spiked one of my shirts.

Staff. All exceptionally helpful, pleasant and courteous. Faultless. Location is unbeatable. Friendly, small hotel five minutes from everything.

No Wi-Fi and no wired ethernet connection in Room 500. For £200 per night in prime Mayfair it's ridiculous to have to come down to the lobby to send and receive business emails - even most of the budget hotels for backpackers have Wi-Fi in the rooms nowadays. Also, it's a bit rich having to pay another £50 to upgrade to a bigger room which although a good size, was dated & tired looking; carpets were stained and well worn; and the fixtures and fittings really ought to be replaced with something from this century for 2 bills per night. The pigeons nesting in the ceiling space directly above the bed will wake up the dead with their coo-ing and scuttling about after dawn, so bring earplugs if you're not an early riser.
