Need refurbishment ASAP, specially the bathrooms. Very very old building, and I mean old in the bad sense. If you are staying in a standard room, do not ever choose the internal view rooms, they are too small and outdated. Worst come worse go for standard room with park viwe. I mean it!

The Location of this hotel was it's best asset. Luckily there were places to eat nearby as the hotel offered very little. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Ibooked not knowing this was a Chain hotel, and was very disappointed that such an iconic property was treated as nothing more than a standard group hotel. Sheraton is a good brand, and the hotel was a good Sheraton. It is not a special place to stay. The air conditioning was very noisy and the amenities were sub standard

En general nos ha gustado todo

Localização perfeita! Não há lugar melhor em Loindres para ficar. O preço normalmente é o menor entre os 5 estrelas porém a real classificação deveria ser 4 estrelas. Portanto vale o custo benefício! Quartos amplos, ficamos com um bebê bem a vontade. O berço é o padrão portátil (tipo Infant) e não fazem muita questão de arruma-lo para uma ser humano. é necessário pedir edredons extras para forrar o berço. A cama era king, ótimo tamanho, travesseiros grandes e confortáveis. A entrada do hotel pela Picadilly lhe obriga a atravessar um salão louge com serviço wi-fi e bsr com bons drinks... óTimo para grande maioria das pessoas menos para quem tem carrinhos de bebê. Neste caso é necessário entrar/sair pela rua de trás, paralela a Picadilly.

Banheiro muito pequeno para o tamanho do quarto; mal dimencionado embora não comprometa. Preço altíssimo do WiFi nos quartos. Nem considerei a possibilidade; talvez se estivesse 75% mais barato começaria pensar a respeito.

I like the bed, the sheets and pillows which were high quality. Stayed in another hotel in london just before where pillows were like rocks and I got a pain in my neck. I like the loccation, a short stroll across the park to buckingham palace, shops were close

The receptionist could have been a little bit more friendly. I didn't like the breakfast room; decor was a bit gloomy. There was no shower cap provided.

这个酒店真的很烂。房间很小网上的价钱是不包括税的 厕所也很差 这是我在uk住的酒店最差的一家 两个网上所有费用一共500多 这个价不值 而且上网另收费 总之不会再住
