I thought it was a very tired hotel, catering to business in the main part, the room was very average and the bathroom poor, the lights were on all night in the central courtyard making the room very light all night long. the Internet and water in room were expensive, no coffee making facilites and the mini bar barely cold. I wouldn't stay again, it was way below expectations of a 5* hotel |

The proximity to shopping/dining Front desk were initially confused about my booking prior to check in ,then again at the front desk when I arrived and most are curt and abrupt,no smiles on their faces! The business room was non fuctional without internet service. |

Location was good.Everything else was mediocre/poor. Original room was next to the service elevator and too noisy.(this is apparently a standard complaint about that room) The room we transferred too was a very small room...a lot smaller than we had booked and paid for. The check out process was awful ..line ups and no assistance with baggage. This is a poorly managed substandard hotel. |

Bedroom was excellent but bathroom very poor, in fact shower unacceptable. Service in the lounge ground floor was excellent as was the breakfats. Bathroom was poor and would probably stop me from staying there again. I spend 80-100 nights a year in hotels in Asia, Europe and USA. This is the worst bathroom I have used this year. Even hotel rooms costing less than £100 have better bathrooms. The shower head also leaked. |

Abslutely nothing, will not stay there again, the room needed redecoration and no coffee making facilities, extremely drab hotel in need of modernisation |

Ya habíamos estado en él y apreciamos su situación y el ambiente inglés, incluso en el servicio de té y desayuno. La atención de los conserjes es también destacable. Quizás por la forma indirecta de hacer la reserva y desde luego por no aceptar la modificación de la reserva a una habitación apreciablemente más cara, la habitación adjudicada fué pequeña y con el aire acondicionado en un aparato en el suelo, aunque con una orientación magnífica sobre Picadilly y Green Park. |

Niente perchè la hall dell' hotel preannuncia un hotel a 4 stelle - le camere invece hanno uno standard equivalente ad un 2 stelle - arredamento vecchio, moquette sporca e macchiata il confort della camera e l' arredo molto molto sconfortevole e vecchio |
