I drove up from Kent (with my dog) for my friends wedding. I am a teacher and also had a lot of work (marking) to do. In addition, while I was there I caught a horrid cold. Park Lodge is a lovely hotel: warm and friendly. I got lots of work done and, I was made really comfortable. It's always horrid to feel ill away from home but the whole thing was made so much more bearable by the lovely, warm, clean room. Breakfast was lovely too. I would certainly recommend Park Lodge.

A very personable service, great place with the best bathroom facilities I have ever seen in a hotel/guest house/B&B, we enjoyed our stay very much and have passed on the details for family and friends. We will definately be returning in the near future. A++

The personal attention of the landlady who heard we needed a taxi and straight away offered to book it, lend us umbrellas for our walk. The bed was comfortable, had 2 pillows and ample bedding. Breakfast was huge but the fresh fruit was a pleasant addition.

Tv could have had more channel choices; parking is free near the hotel as long as you leave before 9,30am. The bed was very comfortable and the location is convenient for the seaside.

Walking on the beach across the road before a hearty breakfast! Downstairs bedroom and en suite shower room very small - designed for disabled. Would recommend an upstairs room if available.
