Restaurant was great

Valet parking arrangements and system is hopeless room smelt bad no service in downstairs Bar desk service poor often only on on desk on phone whilst 3 guests waited in a queue

Rooms were fine though the ones given to other members of our party were larger than ours and we had booked and paid for it. The staff were really helpful.

Nowhere indicated to unload the car. Find out if you book if you are on the same floor as any stag parties!!

Location was excellent Right in the centre of Nottingham.

For a superior room I was a bit disappointed for the money I had paid. I cannot complain about the cleanliness of he room but did find it to be a bit run down. I think it needs a makeover. New carpets, tv etc...

Convenience for city centre's shops/restaurants/cinema/pubs/castle/Ice Arena etc

No on-site parking - nearest car parks are across a dual carriageway main road. Sub-standard in-room entertainment - aging TV, with limited choice of channels and poor quality picture Our keycards were disabled prematurely twice Although near city centre it is also adjacent to numerous late-night, noisy drinking establishments

Nice staff. Comfortable bed in good size room. Stylish on-suite bathroom. Good breakfast in hotel restaurant. Speedy checkout. Good location for city centre.

Stylish hotel just starting to look a just little bit tired. Should be refurbished in the next few years.

Very professional, pleasant and helpful staff - especially Sonia - great package upgrade option with daily wine fruit and chocolate treats - large, bright, quiet and comfortable room - and we appointed bathroom - excellent!

Central location

Desperatley in need of updating. Feels 20th century. Bulky tv gives this away. Furniture and decoration did not give the room any style. Bathroom needs retiling to clear mildew. Asked for quiet room in booking made two months in advance and given room overlooking main road and noisy revellers. Asked to be moved but staff did not make it happen. Disappointing service and below expectations. Consider other options prior to booking this hotel

Rooms were exceptionally clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable, extra bedding no problem for housekeeping. Ideal city location.

Reception staff slow, check in took far longer than necessary. Breakfast poor value, don't have it unless you can get areally good rate.

Excellent location a few minutes walk into the centre, hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Room was lovely and comfortable with air conditioning and lovely bathroom. Well worth the money

I have go to say the bed was very comfortable .My Daughter is studying at Nottingham Trent and I visit her once a month and have been trying different hotels till I get the best Hotel I feel for comfort ,Affordable Friendleness etc. I was disappointed asour price did not include breakfast .Also cocktail prices were extremely expensive I felt as we sat to have a chat over cocktails .Also small things like hardly any tea bags or milk in rooms and no biscuits .Which sounds trivial but we really look forward to having our tea and biscuits when we check into our hotels .The Bed and room was lovely and clean and very comfortable nights sleep.Thankyou Mrs a Siddle
