Very little. Initially, I was given a room which had been used a few hours before and hadn't been clean. I was then rushed abruptly to a second room by staff. In my second room, the boiler was broken and I had to take a cold bath. In the evening, staff knocked on my door, when I was resting, so that they could put the bin underneath the air conditioning as they were fearing a leak! When I asked the staff if they could let me know when the boiler was fixed, I was told, abruptly, to ring reception! On top of all these incidents, my TV was full of static and I could barely watch some channels. I shall post it on trip advisor... |

the hotel was in a very good position for the shops and christmas markets. a good place to relax in the bar in the evenings the only little complaint i would have is i am a very plain eater so did not go into the resturant in the evenings as there was nothing on the menu to cater for me |

Location - next door to shops and railway station - very convenient and I would definitely use the hotel again. 1. Bar was very noisy in evening. Would have preferred a separate quiet lounge to sit and read paper and unwind from a busy day. 2. TV did not work - staff admitted a fault but it was never fixed, despite 4 calls. 3. Breakfast - scrambled eggs were cold. |

I liked the helpful staff, the modern minimalist design, and the superb view from our room. The room was large, stylish and very clean. It was excellent value. The breakfast, while good was perhaps not quite up to the standard of a really good hotel. |

We only stayed one night as we did last year to celebrate a birthday. It is a very comfortable hotel and the staff are helpful and cheerful. If you stay you must go for the hotel breakfast which is well worth it. We will go back again. June and Chris |

Friendly staff and nice comfortable rooms, very well located and an excellent bar for relaxation. With regards to Chino Latino, please steam clean the seats in the eating area - as it is quite off putting at breakfast. |

The feeling of comfort Just a small problem with the breakfast. I did find a piece of hard jagged plastic in my breakfast, at first I thought it was glass. I reported it to the staff who were very apologetic and insisted I had a new breakfast. Nb I have put that I agree with the reviews on the question below, to be honest I couldn't find the reviews on your website. |

Well appointed room, good central location Room was small and a bit tired - tatty furniture and stained carpet. Breakfast was average. Disappointed that decaff coffee was a pot of hot water and two sachets of instant nescafe - thought this was a lazy touch and certainly did not fit with the menu's description of the hotel as 4 star luxury. Very annoyed that we were greeted at check-in as being the chosen guests of the day, or words to that effect, and given a prize envelope which contained only promotional material. The guests in front of us had obviously been given the same speel and, although I don't mind receiving advertising, I don't like being lied to. |

Good location directly opposite the station. Perfect for Leeds nightlife. Dodgy tap in the bathroom poured backwards so missed the sink! |

It is very centrally located and the staff were trying very hard to overcome the numerous shortcomings of the hotel This is never a 4 star hotel In our room the aircon didn't work and the wash basin in the bathroom leaked. There didn't seem to be a service lift as dirty bed linen was being carried in the main lifts. The lobby is a joke. Check in was painfully slow with long queues. We went for breakfast at 10h00 on Sunday and were told to come back in 1 hour when a table might be available |

I liked the central location, the ease of check-in and the friendly and helpful staff. It was exactly where I wanted to be, close to all amenities. The room was in need of some decoration but that didn't detract from the comfort or quality. |

Location close to the city centre Queued too long in mid afternoon to check in. Noisy guests a few doors further down the corridor. Poor parking options. |
