The location is excellent being very central to both nightlife and shopping. We were upgraded to corner room on high level which had brilliant views, that added to the experience. The breakfast choice and quality was fantastic although freshly cooked eggs would make it even better!. No car parking although recommended car park is only about 5 minutes walk. |

The staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely welcoming, the room was large and had all the facilities you would expect and hope for. As the room was quite large it would have been nice to have a two comfortable chairs rather the the one that was available. |

I thought the hotel was well set out with nice views of the city. having to walk from a car park to the hotel was not convienient especially with clothes on a coat hanger. However this wouldnt put me off staying there again. |

Relaxed atmosphere and a nice breakfast room. Speedy lifts and a friendly reception desk service parking arrangements - probably spoilt the visit for me, having to quickly drop off luggage in a zone where you are clamped after 10 minutes, then having to drive around Leeds' awkward one way system to find public parking at £25 a night. I wouldn't come to this Hotel again with a car. |

I only stayed one night for a business trip. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Room was excellent but found the bed slightly hard but not a deal breaker. Breakfast, including staff, excellent. Usually stay at Queens but will use Plaza and recommend in future. No, all good thank you. |

Very convenient for railway station and city centre. Rooms good standard and beds very comfortable. Foyer was very cold on arrival and Scene bar did not appear welcoming because of this. |

Since returning home I discovered I'd left behind an expensive dress in my room. Although housekeeping weren't very helpful, I took it up with Manager Steve Parkin(?) who was excellent. He traced it to laundry service and has promised to return it asap. Thanks Steve Housekeeping were very dismissive when they couldn't find the dress and didnt offer any further assistance. |

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had booked a day too early, no problem the manageress just moved it with no fuss or charge. Same at check out, excellent service. Finding it! Leeds city centre is an absolute maze, a good map with the booking confirmation would be a good idea. |

Beautiful bathroom, great views, huge comfy bed, air conditioning, late check-out. Staff helped us with luggage storage. Maid repeatedly knocked on the door, quite early in the morning. Breakfast was a ridiculous price. |
