Location Mald growing in bath tub, noisy air conditioning blowing only cold air, someone's hair in my bedsheets, blocked sink, tacky interior, impractical sink in the bathroom, very difficult to flush toilet.

The staff are really friendly , accommodate to your every need. The interior was really stylish , spacious rooms , really clean, location was also great seconds away from the train station. Nothing. It was great staying here. Would definitely stay here again!

Chips at 12.30 from helpful night manager (although there werent enough chip). The x large baths. The restaurant looked interesting.. The tv was terrible and the mini bar wasn't very good.. A little downmarket

Location within Central Leeds City was excellent. Hotel is modern in design. Rooms were utilitarian rather than welcoming. Nowhere to put suitcases other than on the floor which when middle-aged can be an issue. Lighting in room is abysmal - almost like the room had been ringed with lights and no good light over any mirror. Bed lights were distracting to both of us.

Couldn't have picked a more central hotel, brilliant. The views from the 19th floor were amazing. No parking facilities, was surprised there wasn't parking beneath the hotel at least. A short walk to the nearest car park luckily no rain.
