Everything ! the situation of the hotel was ideal, nr train station, all the staff were very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was really nice & well worth the value for money. My friends & I had a lovely calm and relaxing weekend & will definitely be going back........ |

Location of hotel Poor reception - had to wait 45 minutes in a queue to check in and then member of reception staff was very hostile. Car parking was a good 5-10 minute walk away from hotel - this was not mentioned when booking. Rooms we were allocated were not the twin rooms requested, but double rooms - luckily I was staying with my sisters who don't mind sharing a bed, but this was not acceptable really!! |

Very good fruit selection for breakfast. The room was far too warm and couldn't turn down heat in room. A/c very noisy. Couldn't regulate temperature of shower- too hot. Corners of bed base projected and were dangerous.Not impressed with glass door to bathroom. |

Great value, good location Check in was slow, the room was way to hot and caused a very poor nights sleep even though we had the temp control at it's lowest. |

Close to town center Very noisy air con which didn't blow cold air even with all the noise, i eventually turned it off to get to sleep. Expensize hotel car parking only 10% off car park rate. |
