Mercure Milton Keynes Parkside House    

We loved the old aged look of the outside of the building and the area in which the hotel was set was beautiful!

We were woken up in the morning by a really loud alarm, which stopped after a minute.

Great location in Park land, great for a pre dinner walk. V. Clean, helpful staff, good quality linens and fittings. One of the best Breakfasts we have had, cooked freshly with a very wide selection.

Everything was excellent, from the room to the staff to the afternoon tea 10/10

Room was comfortable and well equipped. Bathroom clean and well provided with towels etc. Shower hot with suitable pressure. Hotel service was good and staff were friendly and helpful. Nice location with pleasant park-like grounds surrounding the hotel Good choice of food for breakfast

Couldn't see how to reach to close the blind on the overhead Velux window in the room (Room 16 in the Coach House) Why was the direct booking price significantly more than the Internet price?

room - evening meal/breakfast -The staff who dealt with table service particularly the YOUNG man who looked after us. Next time we visit Bletchley Park we will be back to Mercury

Generally very nice, clean & comfortable, nothing to note in particular as exceptional

Shower water force was very low, couldn't wash properly. I mentioned this at reception & was told it was due to too many people using it at the same time. I don't accept this for this type of hotel, this would be reason enough for me not staying here again.

The location and atomsphere were excellant.

The lighting at the road entrance was not on, drove past a couple of times. Shower in the room was intermitent some times hot sometimes cold.

Excellent food in restaurant. Comfortable bed and good size room. Staff very helpful.

Room cold when we first arrived. Only a couple of teabags left with teamaking facilities. However, we were given more when we asked for some extra.Decor needs freshening up.

(1)Sat navs do not work in Milton Keynes, so your directions need to be better. (2) Dinner OK, but wine list grossly overpriced. Would have liked a bottle but more budget choices needed.

The hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable.

I had my wallet and phone stolen from my handbag in my hotel room whilst I took tea in the hotel lounge. No refund was provided to me and there was no sign of forced entry. This makes me suspect one of the staff.

The location once we found it was very nice. Rooms, clean, stylish and bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly General decor of the hotel very nice

We were having trouble locating the hotel and when we rang for directions the receptionists English was not very good and she had to keep us waiti g quite a while until she found someone who could give us directions

My Friday meal with soggy and inedible. I fed this back to the waiter who told the chef. The waiter told me the chef agreed but I was still charged for my meal. We didn't eat (not even breakfast in the restaurant again). Our Saturday morning lay in was ruined by a noisy window cleaner hysterical before 9am on Saturday morning. Every time I went to the reception desk there was noone there Wifi not free in bedrooms. This is a basic service these days and expected even in b&bs Free wifi was available in the bar but vouchers from reception only lasted an hour at a time. No good for watching a movie on iPad or kindle.
