The superior twin room was very large and bright and had two easy chairs. Breakfast was excellent and even had croissants. |

The owner and his wife were very friendly and flexible. There was a lift on site which was usedul for lugguage. My room overlooked the gardena and was quiet. There was parking at front on building. The hotel was opposite the congress center and around the corner from the beach. Shopping center was within 15 mins walk. The hotel whilst very clean and in good decorative order seamed dated in terms of choice of taste and style. |

Brilliant access to beach, Devonshire Park Conference venues and Lawn Tennis Club; very friendly proprietors, handy to have parking Slightly strong soapy smell (my clothes still smelt of it on return!); otherwise relatively basic but perfectly adequate. |

Owners are trying to make the Hotel a comfortable and attractive place to stay. The room rate is reasonable given the location. Although the food served at breakfast is generally of good quality I personally would steer clear of the English breakfast. |

Perfect family room (2 adults 2 kids) for the price. Very clean and comfortable in a perrfect location with easy access to the beach and restuarants. Friendly atmosphere and welcoming management with a great breakfast included. Brilliant value for money. |

I liked the hotel's close proximity to Eastbourne's theatres and the international tennis event - which was the principle reason for its selection. Breakfast was very nice and it was quiet at night despite being in a room at the front. We were also able to park our car off the street now that Eastbourne is infested with parking meters. |
