The best hospitality as the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was of superb class as well. Maybe a bit out of town but not much as ideal commuting access. No cable channels. |

staff is warm, polite and helpful. Room facilities are pretty good except the toilet facilities are too small. Breakfast is OK. |

The price was excellent and the B&B was runned as family bussiness, that I prefer sometimes at the chains could be more clean, extend the breakfast time until 10am |

We stayed in October for a weekend break. A bit of a walk into Belfast, but easy to get to the castle and zoo. The staff were friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was nice and it was a quiet location |

Excellent breakfasts and pleasant staff. Near to City centre bus stop outside hotel. Toilet was too close to wall for comfort. |

The lodge was in walking distance to downtown and a couple of restaurants were nearby. Francis, the owner, was very knowledgeable of the area and the history of Ireland. |

Found facilities very basic, one curtain across window hanging on for dear life by 4 hooks, waste bin in bathroom rather suspect as were glasses. Bedside lamp very temperamental as to whether it would stay on or not. General standards not good. Had been asked on booking what I would like for breakfast 3 times after that. Atmosphere somewhat muted. At breakfast only 2 tables so eating for guests in relays. I counted 5 group, and no one to say help yourself to cereal etc., or evening good morning and again for a 4th time asked would like for breakfast. Like a rabbit warren and a4 instructions about anything stuck everywhere. No mention about use of lounge etc. Generally unwelcoming and couldn't wait to leave. Better suited as a hostel. |

Large room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, convenient location if you have a car, nice view. Shower wasn't working in the ensuite (there was a good shower elsewhere) and Wifi was useless. |
