The location was very convenient. Breakfast was very good. Considering the price, I think it was not bad, but it wasn't great. The staff was not friendly at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. |

The staff were lovely and really helpful. The owners had obviously made a lot of effort to make the place welcoming and provide useful little extras like buying soft drinks and snacks. The room was not really up to scratch. It appeared half finished. The shower was good and not really a problem that it was in the room. Toilet and wash basin were squeezed into tiny alcove. A larger person would have great difficulty. The paper was coming off the wall, bedswitch was behind the wardrobe on the floor, there was dirt and dust here also. I do not like to order breakfast in the pm |

Bathrooms very clean and spacious; newly renovated. Bedroom small and basic, a little cold, but fine for what you pay. The hotel is quite far from the city centre of Belfast - it takes a good 30 minutes to walk between the two, walking quickly. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to the city centre and a taxi costs around £6-7, so there are other options. |

The hotels listed are misrepresented and/or embellish their information. For example the place I stayed stated it had a lakeview, hardly from it. Also, wall paper was peeling off, I wanted to peel the rest of it off plus the flooring was not completely finished |

It was very convenient for my purpose. Regarding the yes/no recommendation question, I would prefer to equivocate - I would be prepared to stay there again, in similar circumstances. The bathroom was too small (but the separate shower cubicle was fine). |
