Hotel staff really friendly, room clean and comfortable and location for central London really excellent and right next to Hyde Park if you like to jog. The single room bed was pretty small and a tall person may struggle to fit on it, however it was clean and comfy. |

What I loved most about the Parkwood Hotel was the location. In addition, the staff was very helpful and friendly and my room was cosy and comfortable. Also, the breakfast was delicious! |

Great staff, full-English breakfast, good value, especially for the central location. My room (#17) was quite small, and up 80 stairs (no lift). |

really good breakfast. terrific location for london attractions and shopiing on Oxford street. Hotel staff in reception area could be a bit more understanding if you do arrive late from another country. Over all an ok experience. |

The central location, friendly staff and hearty breakfast all made this a pleasant and relaxed stay. The decor may have been a little worn and the stairs steep, but the hotel had an uncomplicated charm that made it ideal for my short stay in London. The toilet and shower were shared on my floor which, given the very reasonable price, seemed fair enough and caused no inconvenience. |

We absolutely loved the beds they were excellent. It was a nice wee comfy hotel in a good destination. Paying for the use of the safe, which Ive never been charged extra for before. The morning breakfast was not that good the tomatoes werent nice as they were tinned you should get real tomatoes and leaner bacon. |

We wanted somewhere close to Hyde park for a concert we were going to and this location was perfect. It was ideal for going anywhere in London really The breakfast was described as being fabulous on other reviews, it was ok but we got tinned tomatoes on the full english breakfast which were awful |

Staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions. Quiet hotel, clean and a great location near Hyde park and Oxford street (and yet quiet area). Airport busses almost stop in front of hotel. Good breakfast. The bed in room 6 (Single) seriously needs adjustment or replacement. The bed is crooked and while sleeping I almost fell out a couple of times. It's not comfortable if you feel you're sliding to one side all night. |

The staff were excellent and the room had all amenities needed, including generous tea and coffee supplies, a pleasant hot breakfast and superb location, 100 yards from Marble Arch, Wetherspoons and Primark. |

Although in an old building, the hotel has its charm. The location is great, the beds comfortable and very quiet neighbourhood. You could have been sleeping in the countryside. The TV was too small for me to watch, I liked that. |

breakfast was very good and plentiful also staff helpful with giving us maps of the underground and the city needs a bit of a face lift some of the decoration out of date and some areas are a bit bodged like the fitting of the shower and door. |

Location was perfect and breakfast was good, although it was just the same in all mornings... Room was old and small and walls very thin, one could hear all conversations from other room. Towels were not changed during our 4 nights stay. |

Parkwood Hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff are friendly and helpful. the full breakfast was a great start to the day and $-$ it was a great option. Discounts also apply for longer stays and locals, so worth looking into. The single room I occupied was a little ordinary, but the double with ensuite was lovely. |

The breakfasts were very good. Bathroom light and sink stopper were not working, but were fixed. Towels were changed every four days, because "we are a bed and breakfast." |
