The service in the restaurant was excellent and the food was very good (value for money). The room was spacious and convenient. Good value for money, would not change anything. |

The room was nice and a good size. The bathroom had a good power shower. There was no kettle in the room for a morning cuppa & you couldn't put anything of your own in the minibar fridge to keep it cool. |

Breakfast was good, staff very efficient and friendly. A quiet spot or will be when the building next door is finished. Small room, no shelf to place personal items in bathroom.Windows very difficult to open. Hand rail in bath would be a necessity as it is quite difficult to get past the glass panel when showering. Mars bars in fridge at £1.20 each was appalling, normal price 33p. Limited space in lounge to relax, difficult if a party arrives. |

Its was very convenient for what we were in Edinburgh to do, it was quiet and the reception person helpful when asked about car parking facilities. The only comment I wish to make was that the bed really needed to be replaced, too soft and sagged |

The comfortable beds, the thoughtfulness of the staff - especially Monika and Meja (?) in the dining room at breakfast, delicious choices at breakfast and a beautiful room to enjoy it in. Room darking curtains. clean bathroom. Inviting and warm lobby with fireplace going. The shower had a design flaw. Water ran under the glass side shield and onto the floor - which had to be mopped up with the towels. I mentioned this at checkout. A design flaw. It did not effect our wonderful stay. We'd love to stay with you again. PHH is a special place. Guest reviews & location brought us to choose your hotel. |

Rooms were well designed and the hotel was contemporary and clean. They also put breakfast on early for the marathon runners, which was appreciated. |

The hotel was so central, five minutes walk to Shopping centre, Princes st. gardens etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions asked. On booking we had mentioned that one of us were coeliac and on the the second morning at breakfast there was no bread available. Staff said it had not been delivered. |

No lift to the bedrooms - had to walk up 3 floors. Over £160 for 1 night - very execessive for a 3 star hotel. |

The hotel was in a great location for seeing the things we wanted to see in Edinburgh. It was also in a quiet area, with excellent access to all transport. The only downside was there was no lift to the top floor. As we are quite active it wasn't too big a problem for us. |
