No ginger ale available, but we did stay after a "busy" bank holiday weekend.

The staff were very considerate and only too willing to make our stay great. I have a disabled mother of 87 who managed the stairs with help and she thoroughly enjoyed her stay. The breakfasts and evening meals were outstanding - as was the beer I had once I had put my Mother safely in her room!

Everything we expected in a village inn.....quiet, homely, restfull after a hard day's driving.

Could not get shower head holder to hold position ...... had to hold by hand.

The room was very spacious and the décor was cosy yet modern. The facilities were great, you don't find many hotels, inn, B&Bs with alarm clocks and a big en-suite. The food on offer was excellent, especially breakfast. I could not be more pleased about our stay.

Lovely place with excellent breakfast, very good staff, left my phone there and they posted it to me free off charge, excellent customer service, will return again soon.

it was in a lovely location, close to the sea but tucked away in a small village setting. The bedroom was excellent, spacious and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and very filling.

fabulously friendly host @ staff even the village regulars were very friendly. The food was lovely plenty on the plate. The breakfast was well cooked , and the bedroom clean and comfortable.

Excellent four night stay. Nothing was a problem. Run by brilliant management & staff. Breakfast & evening meals were generous and good quality. Enjoyed the company of the friendly locals in the evenings.

All of the staff were very friendly & helpful Good menu at reasonable prices Good selection of beers & wines As a 'local village pub' the regular customers; i.e. the villagers were very friendly & personable to all who stayed and ate there

nothing really not to like, you could say that the bathroom was a little quirky but it isn't a chain hotel and therefore such things add to the character

The atmosphere in The Inn was lovely with the wood-burning fire and the music not too loud. Not far from the centre of Tenby which is a favourite place of mine.

We stayed in Room 4 which was freezing! I had to wear an extra top and socks in bed. I didn't particularly enjoy the food but that might have been just me as my husband really enjoyed the belly pork.

Friendly staff and excellent food. Rooms spacious, warm and very clean. Would recommend this Inn to anyone.

Excellent service. Loved both the evening and breakfast (which was part of the price). Staff are efficient and this Inn is excellent distance from the Pembroke Docks. Well worth the Booking.com price

The staff were fantastic, they really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and gave me lots of good advice for where to visit on my trip. The Inn is a very good place to stay, power showers and nice new mattresses, tv with free view, the restaurant down stairs is great, loads of nice choices and huge portions. I couldn't eat all mine. The locals that come in are lovely folk and your not by yourself for long. I originally booked for one night but stayed an extra 3 nights. Will be going again!

Brilliant stay!!..was there on Business and stayed Fri/Sat nights. Excellent large, comfy modern room, was greeted by a very polite and professional barman who showed us to our room immediately then, booked us a table for dinner which was really great home-made tasty food but...far, far too much of it, from a business point of view they have the portion sizes so wrong and you never get as far as a desert..I.e another course £££ ! however, I would love to stay there again and would advise anyone to book there too :)

Saturday night was extremely loud until 2am and it sounded like the local laughing Ladies were in the room with us (every Pub has them), I know thats not bad for a Sat night but we had to be up and out to work early the day after and it was just really annoying.

Great people, great food.

Needs better water pressure, as only a trickle comes out of the shower.
