The room is well maintained and the staff are friendly accommodating.
No telephone in the room I stayed.
Nothing to like about this poor and expensive dive in London was nothing to enjoy even the restaurant couldn't do a decent meal for a dog
The hotel in a whole there was a bad smell of cannabis busy train tracks within jumping distance from the room window of which after a while you seriously thought about it after getting ripped off
Staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. My original single room smelled of damp and plumbing, and when I complained they upgraded me to double room. All pretty shabby and lino on the floor but spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. I had to leave earlier than anticipated and they refunded breakfast cost without me even asking. Restaurant was extraordinary ...cheap and tasty cetral asian food plus Uzbek crooner and indoor fish pond. Not for those looking for standard, but lots of points for quirky and interesting.
Staff were very helpful, car parking was a bonus.
Window in bedroom needs replacing as the wind blows through gap in frame.
Staff excellent .
Very noisy train line and music/singers in hotel till early hours. Lots of men wandering around hotel , not sure if staff , quite intimidating . Not a nice area but regular buses outside . Parking a bit of hassle due building work going on all around .
Room was decorated nicely Complimentary drinks and snacks was nice Complimentary soaps ect Staff were friendly Walking distance from the tube.
Room was in a bad location and often noisy until the very easy hours. We paid for a deluxe room but it was still very small. Room had redecorate nicely but was dated and things such as the towel tail came off the wall. The staff were lovely though and happy to help. The room was very cold as we went in winter and we struggled getting the heating to work. We had to request extra blankets.
Friendly enough staff , comfy bed
Rough location , far from tube station , staff have no knowledge of local area and what's going on , stained carpets , freezing rooms , police sirens going past all night long
Staff friendly and helpful
Very far from metro station Noisey , staff playing pool in middle of night near the rooms Very compact rooms Bed linen dirty Toilets very very small
The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Having to pay 5 pounds to park at the back of the hotel and leave keys with reception in case they had to move my car as the parking area was very small. Check out at 11am seems a little early, especially when you have been out the night before. We had to walk up a number of stairs to get to the room.
I like the atmosphere at Pasha - it is really friendly and slightly eccentric, which is right up my street, hence I returned to the hotel having stayed before earlier this year. The restaurant is really good fun and the food has improved enormously since my last stay.
This time, my room was damp and dirty and the door had obviously been forced open at some point, so it was damaged. There were some suspicious looking stains on the bedspread, and no bedside light meant it was impossible to turn the light on without getting out of bed. Very disappointing.
I had driven past the hotel and always wanted to stay. In November I booked 2 nights for my birthday. It's like a tardis! Lovely room and staff and the restaurant is beautiful!
One thing that let it down was a strong smell in the bathroom of sewage. But I'm sure that isn't the rule in every room.
Clean. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Convenient for Brixton Academy.
Room was cold due to ill fitting window.
Tea and coffee making facilities. On site spa Location to public transport and food shops
The bathroom door did not shut. The shower floor flooded when showering Difficult to open window
London hotels are generally overpriced. This was carefully priced. Its not in the best of locations but its safe and listen to the staff. The bus transport is superb. We counted 6 different regular bus services to/from the Tube stations closer in. Get past the need for a substantial carpet clean in the public spaces, laugh at the "lift" occupants (no lift) and you don't get a view of Hyde Park at these prices. Comfortable warm rooms, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, masses of storage, fridge, tea, coffee, benches and tables. TV defeated me but name the language and its there. Could be we were lucky but we report as we find. Car parking was interesting but cheap: tip get to know the building site foreman. Restaurant was unusual and breakfast was a delight. Reception staff were part of the experience. Stay here if you value such an experience and value for money (rare in London); out of the ordinary and off beat. Not boring run of the mill. David
The staff cannot work the impossible but we watched as they did give it a try on occasion for other occupants. Fortunately we never needed more than just achieving the unlikely. Suspect you have to be the right sort of person to enjoy staying here. Whatever, be considerate to those trying to give you an experience.
The food and price was good value for money but we did have to wait awhile to get served even though it was quiet.
Difficult to park
Staff polite. decent toiletries bed small but reasonably comfortable
Room not like the one shown -was like a cell with nothing to make it homely. Grubby carpet in bedroom. Bathroom needed a good scrub - tiles and grouting stained. Toilet needed bleaching
Very attractive hotel, excellent facilities in my room, very helpful staff. I didn`t eat in the restaurant but the decor was beautiful in there. Excellent value for money and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
It was all good!
Pricing is good.
Bed too soft. Showerhead had be held by hand. Toilet flush didn't work properly. Noisy.
Location and bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful
No lift stairs narrow and grubby we were being shown to a room that still had an occupant until we complained and asked to be put in a lower floor room this one was up 3 flights of stairs. in fairness we were given a first floor room. No mirror in bedroom to dry hair
The location is good, Kettle with tea and coffee facilities in room and a tv with a great picture. Lovely shower gel etc in bathroom and lovely white towels.
The carpets are filthy everywhere. This hotel needs a good makeover. The room was ok but the bathroom needs some TLC.
The staff were amazing, they were so pleasant and would do anything to try and help your stay be more comfortable. The facilities were excellent powerful hair drier, fridge, even cotton pads, great as I had forgotten mine. They clearly do have a slight damp problem, which they can't really do much about, but they have made such an effort to make it comfortable with the bed sheets, curtains, flowers etc. Was good value for one night and what we needed. Just get the 171 bus from the centre and it stops outside. Had a good night sleep
Location is a little dodgy but we had no problems and room was quiet
Price of the room Comfortable and clean
Need an Oyster card or travel card before you travel on public transport as most of the shops seem to sell out quick and the buses won't let you pay cash for your journey !!!
Good central location with good tube station just down the road.
The train line was just out side the bedroom window but after a few drinks did not hear much.
Staff are friendly, good location close to town and easy transport
The rooms need to be updated with new furnishings and the tele has to be moved its too high so unwatchable
Easy access to buses to virtually anywhere in london.
