Not much... The room was tiny, the hotel was unfinished... The staff barely got beyond grunting! The room was tiny. There was no remote for the tv. The safe didn't work. The mini-bar had 2 cans of diet coke and a packet of crisps in it. There was no bar in the hotel. The roof terrace is a building site... The area is miles from anything...

Looks nice from outside I loved the boiling hot shower that was broken, I loved the fact the air conditioning was broken / missing remote. I loved the fact I spent 10mins trapped in the shower cubicle because the the door jammed. I loved the out of date crisps as a welcome present, I loved the fact that there was no towels on arrival I just loved it

It's a very very basic hotel, in desperate need of refurbishment. I have stayed in many hotels of similar price, and unfortunately this didn't match them quality wise.

The hotel was filthy! There were so many stains on the bathroom floor where it had not been cleaned, that I refused to even set foot in the bathroom until had been cleaned. This took about half an hour for the cleaner to come in to do. The room was advertised as having satellite tv, what a joke, it didnt work atall and was in turkish, so we could not understand a word of the instructions. Again we complained and asked somebody to come and sort it out for us. They could not mend it, and said 'sorry its broken, there is nothing that I can do!!' The lamp on the floor next to the sideboard was covered in dust and did not work. The sheets did not fit the bed, so every time we moved the sheet came off an revealed a filthy matress! The wardrobe drawer fell off in my hand when I tried to open it. The room was advertised as having a mini bar. THis consisted of two cans of warm coke and two packets of plain crisps on the sideboard. (Which again was dirty) The curtains did not close. There was a woman standing in the corridor with a big next to our room using the mirrors to do her hair and make up, which was a bit weird?? We had to walk through the 'resturant' which smelt like the carpeted walls had not been cleaned for 10 years. The 'spa' looked like a mortuary, and was very spooky, I would definately not be going in there. We went outside at 5am to smoke, and got locked out of the back door!! There were 6 big men hanging around in the car park moving cars atound at the time, we tried to use the buzzer to get back in but it was broken, so we were walking around the back streets of Camberwell trying to find the front entrance of the hotel..... I have never been so scared in all my life. We complained about everything in the morning, but were told that we had to pay full price for everything, but we were given a free 'spa' voucher each as compensation!!! I would never set foot in that hotel again! This is definately not a 3 star hotel....

What you saw on the photos was the same as in the hotel, apart from the Art Gallery which was a line of pictures spaced betrween ground floor bedroom doors in a corridor leading to the Restaurant. The hotel does not have a lift. I was asked for photgraphic id with a signature so that it could be copied by them despite the booking being confirmed by email. By way of explanation they tried to say it was their "policy" needless to say they never got it. I would advise no one to give anyone a copy of their photograpghic and signed id due to potential Identy Theft. The room was poorly located and faces onto a railway line at the rear and has trains going past every few minutues. Breakfast was advertised as being available from 8 - 10 am yet I had to go to reception to get the chef and the Restaurant was opened at 8.15. The area the hotel was located was poor and might put people off from visiting. On the whole it was poor value for money, and I for one will not be staying in the future anjd I would recommend others who may read this to consider other hotels

Unique central europe/asian themed hotel. Clean and very good value for money. Staff helpful. Chosen especially due to the fact we were visiting friends in Camberwell and location was ideal. Not near a tube station, however, served excellently by buses, day and night.

A good price for basic accomodation. It was clean and there is a nice cafe for a cheap breakfast across the road. It was extremely noisy in our room, despite the double glazing, the road noise was relentless all night. The hotel is very tired looking and the carpet is threadbare and dirty.

The staff was incredible and the bed was nice and comfy. Thank you for everything, you guys are great! The bathroom and bedroom were separated with a curtain, and this could either be improved, or replaced with a proper door. It was a bit noisy during the early morning hours as people were coming back in.

The staff were very accommodating, polite and cheerful. The room was clean and well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. We had the scrambled eggs with cucumber, tomato and cheese. It was actually a fluffy omelet with tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese on the side accompanied by toast, fresh orange juice, tea and coffee. All for only £5. The location is not near any shopping or sight-seeing attractions and the tube station is not near. However, we are told the bus service is excellent. We chose to use taxi service @ £8 - £10 to Waterloo station. Note there is no elevator & the stairs are fairly steep. We would strongly recommend better lighting on the stairs between the ground and 1st floor for older folks such as ourselves. All in all a very pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again or to recommend the hotel to others.

I booked online when the booking email came through I saw it was a smoking room had to pay an extra £10 for non smoking room and then the receptionist tried to overcharge me by another £10. Television did`nt work. Bed linen ok.Room reasonably clean The restaurent looked nice and staff were friendly. Parking at back difficult to find and very limited, it was under the railway arches.

The Pasha hotel is not a fancy Hotel; it is simple and in-expensive as a result it hasn't much charm and is neither charming, designed, or quaint it is functional. The satff however are really nice and helpful.

We went to Brixton Academy & this hotel was close by. In our room it was very dimly lit & the main bulb flickered constantly which was quite annoying. Fortunately we only used the hotel to sleep in,& left as soon as we woke up.

Asian owners have asian mentality to everything.. That will do because its cheaper, when investing in anything to do with the hotel they obviously want the cheapest and hammer down all quotes for work done in the hotel which results in a far from acceptable interior.. Food great

Room was fairly cheap and the Hammam was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Easy access to London centre (good bus services near the hotel) Roof terrace was under construction so not available to use The location was in a rather dodgy area of London Brunch was not available although it was advertised upon request and I had a written agreement with the hotel Hammam facility was at an extra cost even for hotel guest which was not clearly advertise that way

All of the staff is absolutely very kind. The hotel is small but has very warm atmosphere. The rooms are always clean and tidy. You can leave any of your stuff inside the room. Nobody is touching any of your stuff. In my opinion you don't have to use safe vault either. In the mornings, the hotel smells awful. The restaurant is a traditional atmosphere, you have a chance to eat your dinner in ground tables but between these table the lizards and some kind of bugs are hanging around and it seems annoying to me. You're taking of your shoes in order to sit these ground tables and there are lizards moving near your toes.

The staf was fair but facilities of this hotel are under class. The boutique is only dummy in turkish dress. Location of this hotel is awful and dengerous. This is far Lambeth 1 mile after Elephant Castle. There is no any breakfast even extra paid. The room was on the 4th floor with ladder stairs. It;s imposible to enter with any laguagge. Rooms are rather dirty and smell. The cost of the room is double for its value

Very good facilities for the price - excellent staff. The hotel is only let down by the location - women travelling alone or travellers of a nervous disposition would probably not enjoy the area.
