The staff were very friendly The TV was at an ackward angle, and I could only see it clearly when standing, they were always mixing up my instructions e.g I asked not to clean my room the day before leaving cos i was packing and they did. I was surprised to find out they replenish coffee at a #5 cost. When I complained that my fridge was not working nothing was done about it. I had to leave my milk outside the window. |

One of the staff members was helpful, and although the bed was short it was a good matras. The bathroom was new and clean, pity there was only 1 towel. It is located in a bad neighbourhood, it takes about an hour to go to the centre of london. It is located next to a chicken shop, which you can smell in the room. Flights are coming over all the time. They have a Hamam but you have to pay extra. The price indicated on bookings.com was more than was what advertised |

staff were friendly, restaurant was awesome, it had everything we needed in the rooms it was quite noisy and could hear people upstairs. art gallery was a bit tragic. photos on the website make the hotel look posher than it is - its a lot shabbier and cheaper in real life. wasnt expecting the hilton though for the price but come on, they are a bit deceptive. |

It has a bit of a scarey entrance, but once inside its great. Clean, very nicely done, marvellous bathroom - so much space in the room. The restaurant was great, great food, superb staff. Very friendly The rooms at the back are somewhat close to the train line... |

Excellent and friendly reception staff and a very clean modern room. I booked this room due to its relative proximity to the Oval cricket ground and would recommend Pasha hotel for anyone wishing to stay in the area for future cricket matches. |

staff were very helpful and courteous The rooms had all been recently refurbished but the finish was a bit cheap. No proper curtains in the room, my room backed onto the rail line - room which the concierge told me had a lovely view! however trains did not disturb me. |

Friendly, hospitable staff. Rooms were of a good standard, the bathroom being excellent. The staff were excellent. Location and the fact that we backed onto a train line. But its London and your near a rail line in most places. Very noisy when windows open. |
