Room View Proximity to family
poor attitude from staff when asked if any food service was available. I know it was new years eve & we were told there was an event later but we asked around 430 pm and weren't even offered a sandwich!
the area was quiet food in pub was good people very friendly
Location was good! Lovely views.
The spar did not return any calls. So we couod not get an appoiment :(
The pool and the bath. The comfy bed. The kettle and coffee, the TV.
no fridge in room. no separate shampoo sachets and bubble bath in room. People slamming their doors in the morning!
The beds are so comfortable we didn't want to get up and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food at the adjoining pub was very dry and overcooked, we took into account. The table next to us complained but we just asked for more gravy. It was also rather expensive for what they offered. The veggies were very obviously frozen vegetables. We got fresher food at the Beefeater. The staff were lovely though and the service was excellent.
staff okay, location fine. Could have more parking spaces but as it was free cant complain
No christmas lunches available by the time we booked in. Could have been informed we need to book and provided with a menu.
Excellent location, perfect right on the estuary quiet and just off the town. Perfect for shopping, walking or for near by attractions. Comfortable room with wifi and TV channels.
Having to come home :-(
View Great breakfast and friendly staff Close to Passage House Inn for an informal meal and drinks Clean room Large bathroom Plenty of parking space
Would like a choice of pillows as the ones we hard were too hard for a good night's sleep
the location scenery pub on hand as well as hotel bar
breakfast price how hard bed was
Staff helpful, room clean
At one time it must have been an adjoining room, poor sound proofing
location of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was very nice
my partner is disabled. When I booked the room I wrote this. We allocated a room which was not disabled friendly. If we we're staying longer than one night I would have complained to reception.
Staff could be better on their customer service. Wifi very poor. Asked for help the staff not very interested.
Staff and hotel was great this is the second time I have stopped there and will not be the last
The position The quality of food in hotel and the adjacent pub Easy reach of Trago Mills and other landmarks Friendly and effficient staff
Staff very nice
Pillows not good
I have stayed here many times and really enjoy each visit. The room was spacious and bathroom nice.
The breakfast bar could do with croissants and rolls for people like myself who do not eat cereals. The bar should be manned at all times during the evening!
every thing was very good apart from the bed
the bed!. As it should have been a double bed not a single. as i needed a double bed for my back as i move around a lot at night. due to a war wound from Afghan.
Room was lovely with great views, service was good, staff we're lovely.
Bed was a small double needs to be bigger. Separate steam room and sauna, personally I would prefere it to be mixed. Jacuzzi not really any good needs to be separate from the poo, it was cold.
The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful
The shower was very old fashioned We had a problem with the taps.Bathroom needed up-dating as the bedroom was so nice.
