What a nice find. Set in a lovely location within the New Forest. Easy reach to all parts of Lymington Brockenhurst Beauleiu and Lyndhurst. Lovely grounds and beautiful hotel. very peaceful stay with staff tending to all needs. Food was fantastic. Full English help yourself breakfast was to a high standard and the evening meal with the scallops and black pudding was exceptional as was the steak, second to none. Faultless. Had a small problem with the shower head which we reported to reception who were fantastic by getting it sorted by the time we returned after our day out in the forest. We both had use of the gym, pool and sauna very quiet on both occasions it was lovely. overall a great stay in a lovely hotel with great food, surroundings and peace. Would deffinately recommend and stay again.

Everything about the hotel. In particular the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The evening meal wasn't great. The 'special' we had was overcooked and seemed like it had been prepared and then reheated.

This hotel is in a great location and looks beautiful

My room hadn't been cleaned properly and parts of it were dusty and the last persons rubbish was still in the bin.

Enjoyed all the facilities, especially the quiet pool and lovely garden. Nice cosy room, good breakfast. Traditional country house decor (that not everyone will like), and very well-kept and clean. The whole place seemed very well-organised. Went to relax for a couple of days and for this it was perfect. Great location. Staff friendly. Cute little house dog.

Liked all of it. No issues at all. Though I would have loved to have used the outdoor pool if it hadn't fallen into disrepair and closure.

I enjoyed my night at the Passford House Hotel - very helpful staff and the grounds are lovely.

The decor on my room was a bit tired looking.

We go there to see family nearby and to recharge batteries. The atmosphere is relaxed, you can swim or use the gym if you want but my favourite is a round of pitch and put followed by high tea in their lovely gardens. All the rooms we've had have had a wonderful view. Furzey Garden is a hidden gem near Minstead and a visit to Spinners for special plants is a must for me Lymington nearby with good restaurants, is all I need.

Staff were great and the grounds fantastic

The twin beds in our room could probably do with a revamp as they were sagging and soft so not really conducive to sleep. This may just be a one off problem in this room.

Friendly, polite service. Well maintained attractive interior public and gardens. Plentiful parking.

No flannels in the bathroom. Basic room no feel of luxury at all. Breakfast, chaotic, no clear direction on breakfast procedure. However, very helpful waiting service, language difficulties a slight problem!

lovely location in peaceful grounds, comfortable beds, ample parking and a leisure complex to boot.

Not entirely sure on its value for money, quite pricey for standard of its rooms.
