For the price of some other chains, you get little things like biscuits in the room, free internet, nice decor and lighting and so on...and breakfast! It's good that the package has not been trimmed to the bare bones like some others. |

Quick check in and check out. Views from the bedroom window were over the countryside. The restaurant was not open on Sunday evening. |

The staff are the key to this hotel. They are unfailingly pleasant and helpful. Room/ bathroom facilites are good. Breakfast is excellent. Would prefer to have a coffe pot put on the breakfast atble instead of having to ask for more coffee. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. Room temperature was a bit warm, but a fan was provided. Hotel restaurant was closed Sundays and Mondays, so the only option was the adequate, but unexciting, Pastures pub/family type restaurant. |

Provided gluten free bread without notice.I was able to regulate the temperature in my room (digital monitoring). The description mentiones swimming pool/sauna/gym use. It turns out that these facilities are aout a mile away in a public lesure center and all the hotel does is providing a voucher so that you do not need to pay. However, you need own transport to travel there and when I got to the lesure center they said I cannot enter the pool for the next two hours as the swimming lesson are going on there. |

rooms tidy, not connected to function rooms/noise. should have a residents bar open, no drinks available after you leave the bar acroos the car park.Need peronal things in bathroom i.e. shampoo, conditioner etc, not just shower gel.I think the positioning of the coffee/ tea facilities is arkward, too high. I heard only as i was leaving there was a gym/ pool. but I have no idea where it is? |
