Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Auch die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer (Nr. 17) war sehr schön. Das Bad war neu, mit Badewanne, und Wasserdruck und -temperatur waren wirklich top, was in England ja eher die Ausnahme ist ;-) Es gab einen Aufzug und das Hotelpersonal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten schon fast zwei Stunden vor der eigentlichen Eincheckzeit in unser Zimmer und konnten unser Gepäck vor und nach dem Ein- bzw. Auschecken im Hotel lassen. Es gab Kaffee, Tee etc. und leckere Cookies am Zimmer.

Das Hotel und die Einrichtung (außer dem Bad) war schon etwas älter. Die Betten waren ok, allerdings gab es nur Wolldecken und auch nur eine Ersatzdecke. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Der Fußboden war allerdings nicht sehr appetitlich; im Zimmer war ein sehr fleckiger Teppich auf dem man nicht unbedingt barfuß laufen sollte. Im Bad war der Fußboden auch nicht gerade sauber, aber das beschränkte sich wirklich nur auf den Fußboden. Die Fußböden quietschen ziemlich, wenn im Zimmer darüber jemand rumläuft.

It was within walking distance of where I wanted to go. It had parking.

The first room we were given was unmade- at 6pm The second room was small. It had a 4ft radiator in it that was burning hot. The room was stiffling. The radiator had a broken control held with a clip and would not turn off. The receptionist also tried. I was told that the central heating went off at 11pm and to open a window. In fact the radiator stayed on all the long night, it must have been linked to the hot water system. It was too hot to sleep and too late to move by the time I realised it was not going to switch off at 11. The window opened out on to a flat roof adjacent to a fire escape. Not exactly secure. The shower was also broken. I mean broken, not difficult to use. The bathroom had black mould and rusting fittings. The wallpaper next to my bed had stains on it.

The shower did not work properly the shower curtain fell down every day. The room was small no room to put luggage. The kettle in room did not work and told staff they ignored situation. The worst is floor boards creaked in room which was not nice at all.The wardrobe was dusty and sticky The toilet did not flush The staff were unfriendly, The never recommend this hotel.

Dacoration from the 70's dodgy taps in bath, no water pressure, shower for a midget ! Bed was comfy place was cheap !?!?!?!?!?! £45 !?!?!?!?!?! Also surounded by better hotels £10 more witch include breakfast as the cold burnt offerings in the morming willcos you another £8-50...... Go to The Stracy Hotel across the road, as the following night I did

Convenient location for our needs. Attending football match at Carrow Road and then a night in town.

The Hotel is very 'tired' looking and is undergoing refurbishment. It took a good five minutes of running the hot tap before any hot water came out. Tv remote did not work, required new batteries.Two of the three lights in the room did not work. Given two new bulbs that did not work in those sockets - checked that they were ok in the one light socket that did work. Toilet flush push button missing meant that we were pressing a plastic rod, this jammed and stopped working just as we were leaving. When I booked there was no mention that 'refurbishment' was being undertaken.

The price and the location - very convenient for a straight forward night in the city.

At first there was no hot water, and once there was it was temperamental. The decor was not pleasant.

It is very close to city attractions and easy access to the road network

Was staying there for the football at Norwich so location wise was great. Nice bar.Comfortable bed which is important.Nice breakfast.

Sorry to say this but waiting 40 mins for the breakfast.Hotel did not have enought staff on.

Decor a bit tired

Staff friendly on arrival. Allowed use of room very early in the morning to store luggage for all of our party. Rooms were basic but comfortable. Plus the hotel itself is just a few minutes walk from the station.

My Mum and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were very hospitable and accomodating. It was quiet, lovely and warm! Spacious rooms, comfortable and clean beds. Tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits were provided. Two comfortable chairs in the room too. The en-suite was a reasonable size and there were basic complementary toiletries on offer. You could have a bath or shower because there was a shower over the bath. There was a wide selection for breakfast, which was filling and tasty.

Poor quality with a bed that you could not sleep in, requested another room but told none available.
