The dining room for breakfast was in excellent decorative order, and the service was excellent and friendly. The food was good. The room shower was better than expected. On arrival it stank of cigarettes such that I nearly turned and left.. I noted that the fag ash box is in the porch by the front door and many of the staff were using it in the morning after breakfast. The front door is propped open and the box is in the wrong place. |

Comfortable rooms The decor is a tad dated and is like a rabbit warren and the floorboards creeked. |

Very friendly staff, free parking Corridors very dated. In the UK breakfast is usually charged extra, at least continental should be included in the price. |

I was there for one evening over night, so didn't make a great use of facilities, however, I am looking for somewhere to stay once every couple of months in Norfolk, so providing the budgets are there, will use this hotel again. Could I get a discount for using this hotel ongoing? (once every two months roughly) More pillows and larger towels would have been good. |

Being a Norwich City fan and living in East Kent, it can be difficult to get to as many games as id like to. I found this hotel perfect for an overnight visit! Its a 5 minute walk from the ground and the popular riverside complex. For people on a tight budget like myself, it was brilliant... thanks! free parking as well.. brilliant! |

I wouldn't stay there for a luxury romantic break or anything, but as a night out in Norwich goes, it was fab! Would recommend highly as good value for money. |

The staff were polite, the room was clean The room was very small. One could hear everything spoken in the next room, it was very noisy with banging on doors and people walking in corridors with phones |

The location is good in relation to the centre of Norwich, and it is only 15 to 20 minutes walk into the centre, provided one is prepared to run the gaunlet of "Nightclub City" past the SOS Bus and roadside facility. Did I get value for money, possibly in relation to prices being charged by other hotels in the vicinity for a single person needing a bed for the night and no frills. Hotel has the feeling of becoming 'run-down'. Radiator in my bathroom was not working, but the fan heater compensated. Hot water took an age before it ran hot on my arrival. Next morning I timed it, and it took 20 minutes of running the hot water tap at a moderate level before the water was hot enough to have a shower. |
