Good location Parking Friendly Staff
It was convenient for the town centre and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel could do with a face lift, the carpet in the bedroom has seen better days and it really needs a lick of paint and updated doors, cupboards, furnishings etc.
The place is an absolute dump.
Close to City centre easy to get too. Staff very friendly and helpful.
I like the setting as its convenient for college. The price is right as its really just a bed for the night I need. Some rooms are more comfortable and more modern, but I have noticed a refurbishment is occurring over time and will be most welcome. Parking is excellent. The hotel is easy to get too.
There really is nothing I do not like or am put off by. The hotel is what it is and the price is spot on.
This hotel is fine if your not looking to spend much on accommodation. It ticked all our boxes.
good very good
Just somewhere to put head after night out.
The way the lift was and just feel very old and 70s style.
Kind enough to allow us to leave car there when we went into town on day of departure.
Small old rooms
Fire alarms going off - false alarms (2) in one night
ease of booking. Value. Helpful staff. Visited Norwich for Funeral of dear friend and cousin.Short notice.
Good location, very short distance to waterside leisure/dining area and football ground. Also walking distance to city centre. Helpful and welcoming staff. Warm. clean, comfortable and very good value for money, with free parking.
Décor is a bit tired but it is clean and tidy.
Location and pet friendly
Shower in bath
The breakfast was very good indeed.
There was no heating at all in room 11, and it did not seem a priority of staff to resolve the problem. Loose floor tile in bathroom, health and safety matter. Mould in shower cubicle, obviously had not been deep cleaned, ever. No documentation in room to indicate meal timings, albeit no bar meals buring weekend period, strange. The hotel is looking shabby and in need of a lage slice of TLC.
Handy location near the station and city centre. Friendly staff. Warm and fairly comfortable room.
Very tired and faded 70s decor. Bathroom in desperate need of refurbishment - rusty window and cracked bath panel. Breakfast for extra £8.50 each seemed expensive - we didn't go for it
Location was ideal
being kept awake half the night by excess noise in the corridors and other hotel rooms
Low price and OK location (20 min walk into Norwich centre)
Dated décor - bathroom could do with updating.
bed comfortable, location very good
no remote for the TV in our room, could do with a lick of paint and new carpets in the bedrooms
Having a hotel to use that's of reasonable cost, is a bonus these days. Too many go down the route of clinical with all bells and whistles, when generally what's needed is a clean bed and towels. It's quirky nature is rather satisfying in a black and white world.
staff friendly, good size bedroom which was nice and warm, short walk into city centre, had a bar snack which was very nice
all very good
I was like in the room of my neighbour because of the emergency's door that was directly in the room of the neighbour...
