od godziny 7 rano,ludzie poruszajacy sie po hotelu,a raczej podlogi wydawaly niesamowicie irytujace odglosy,tak jakby ktos odrywal deski od podlogi,niektore guest house`y oferuja duzo lepszy komfort za duzo nizsza cene,mial byc bezprzewodowy internet,ktorego niestety nie bylo,nikt z obslugi nie potrafil udzielic odpowiedzi na ten temat.

This was a cheap, no frills hotel which I would say is targeted directly at the younger age group. Although it wasnt based directly in the town center, It was approximately 5 mins taxi drive. To be fair it served its purpose, going out clubbing and a place to rest my head for a few hours before moving on

As I said before, this was a cheap no frills hotel, I think even for the price I paid, I was expecting something a little better - the room was very small and cramped and the rooms almost had a dark and seedy feel to them! I would not recommend this place if you were planning on staying for more than a night!

Friendly staff

the saff were helpful, the location near norwich city football ground is perfect. an enjoyable two night stay. will use again on norwich trips.

The staff. The lady on front desk was very nice, pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was very nive, bright, clean and completely out of sync with the rest of the room. (45)

I hated the decor, it had the feeling of a run down hostel. During my stay everytime someone walked in their room, my door rattled. I hated the fact the lock on my door did not work and put the stool in front of the door. It was a basic room but I wont be returning as I did not feel safe there.

Breakfast service was excellent as was the breakfast itself. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Hotel was tired. Could do with redecoration. Lift too small and even then there were steps to negotiate. However the room rates were reasonable and must be taken into account.

The staff were very kind and helpfull, I would categorise this as a cheap and cheerfull hotel, the hallways were very dark and everything looked tired and dated, but at that price?.

Yes the staff that I met could not have been kinder or more helpfull.

My room was not up to scratch and no way worth paying 50 pounds to stay

Good for a short stay but had to change my room as bed not good .

The bed on my orginal room was in a bad state.Changing to another room ,was no problem.

This hotel was one of the scruffiest I have stayed in for a long time. The room was tired, carpet stained, bathroom barely clean, toilet flush noisy, shower cold. The room was dark and dingy and only a single bed. Returning the key to reception on going out is totally outdated. No restaurant.
