The staff were great and the room is great for contractors. The room was very basic and in need of some new decor .think the price was a tad to high for what we got .

It had ample parking space The absolutely vile smell of cigarette smoke in the room (no 29). It was embedded in the blankets etc. The poor condition of carpeting throughout.

very nice and helpful welcome broken toilet, broken bath, staff not avaliable on our return from city centre at around midnight to give us our key. we waited 15 minutes and as there was no bell had to go searching for staff

The staff were friendly and efficient Bedroom really scruffy with damaged furniture and stained bedspread. Kettle dirty on the outside and mugs chipped.

Very close to city centre easy to locate just a few minutes walk from train station was Ok for my stay but felt two nights was enough Room cold and décor very tired bathroom was dirty with broken fittings no hot water during the day ( not really that hot for a wet shave in the morning - I had to boil kettle)

The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities provided there were good. The full English breakfast was sufficient to sustain me for much of the day. Bar pricing appeared to be in line with what would be charged in many pubs. The hotel is approximately a quarter of a mile from the railway station. The shower could have been better: the shower head might have been slightly blocked. The furnishing could be due for a makeover, but the flip side of this would undoubtedly be an increase in prices.

Good-ish location. Free wifi even though it took like 5hrs to connect to it The smell in the room was horrendous. It smelt like a very old room that haven't been used for 100 years. It took like 5hrs to connect to wifi and the staff didn't know what was the problem and didn't seem to care. The shower was horrific and minimal amount of water was coming out of it. It was overpriced for what it is. It should be no more than £20 per night

Quiet and friendly. The bathroom was fairly big too. Also a few clean towels to use, not just the one. The carpets needed a hover. There was a beer bottle cap on the floor too. Room was very hot at night.

The service from the Staff is 5 Star and as a frequent traveller/Hotel Guest I can genuinely say the room is the most quiet I have stayed in compared to any 5 star Hotel Internationally. The best nights sleep in years!. Fantastic Hotel. Not a negative comment, just and observation...The decor is somewhat dated and tired looking so it could do with an update.

Friendly, attentive, helpful staff. Excellent Breakfasts, comfortable lounge & bar. Have just booked a further stay. Excellent value for money, as has own parking. Minor "niggle"; could do with a hook on inside of Bathroom door to hang clothes. Rooms are currently being refurbished.

the room, it was clean tidy and warm with useful items such as tea coffee, shampoo, lovely hot water from the shower, staff very friendly and helpful, nice bar to relax in at night. location good for Norwich city visits and trips further out by car such as Yarmouth. my trip not long enough
