od godziny 7 rano,ludzie poruszajacy sie po hotelu,a raczej podlogi wydawaly niesamowicie irytujace odglosy,tak jakby ktos odrywal deski od podlogi,niektore guest house`y oferuja duzo lepszy komfort za duzo nizsza cene,mial byc bezprzewodowy internet,ktorego niestety nie bylo,nikt z obslugi nie potrafil udzielic odpowiedzi na ten temat. |

Room was a reasonable size with two armchairs and desk space. Easy free parking within walking distance of city centre. Helpful staff. Decoration and carpets very tatty, bed dipped in the middle, TV reception poor. Walls thin enough to hear people in next room. |

The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful, being a stranger to norwich, the only saving grace was the attitude of the front line staff The room was left with soiled fusion razor blades, receipts on the floor, tv that needed an aeriel, impossible to watch, shower was producing only cold water ? |

The dining room for breakfast was in excellent decorative order, and the service was excellent and friendly. The food was good. The room shower was better than expected. On arrival it stank of cigarettes such that I nearly turned and left.. I noted that the fag ash box is in the porch by the front door and many of the staff were using it in the morning after breakfast. The front door is propped open and the box is in the wrong place. |
