Good location for my purpose

The hotel is in very poor condition, inside the room that I had the blue carpet was brown with dirt in some places, had cigarette burns in it, as did the blanket on the bed. More of a contractors' hotel than anything else.

Had 24 hour person on duty so could arrive late in middle of night was main reason for staying with a good price andboth accomodation and breakfast.SDay staff at fron desk most helpful. Lack of staff in diningroom helped self and went into kitchen to find someone to order food

Close to the City Centre and is walking distance from the station.

Room was dirty. There were stains on the carpet and I found hair in the bathroom on arrival. There was no hot water in the shower one day and the heating did not always work. Very poor sound isolation. Could her other guests and this kept me awake at night.

Location was good for Norwich Football Ground and town centre

Room smelled strongly of cigarettes - was a smoking room despite us not asking for one. No hot water for a shower in the morning. Hotel is dilapidated and in a poor state of repair Room was dirty, bathroom was mouldy. All in all, a pretty grim experience.

Good location & parking for a hotel near the city centre

Bed sheets were stained, there was hairs on the pillows and in the bath. There was a layer of dust on most surfaces. The room was baking hot due to large heating pipes running around 2 walls which made an uncomfortable night even with the window wide open. The carpet was badly stained and the toilet would not flush properly. I would not have paid if I was staying as a liesure guest but as a business guest I will simply vote with my feet and make sure none of my colleagues ever stay here either.

Location really. The rooms were reasonably basic/clean

Receptionist was quite abrupt about the check out time (not with me but with others) Room did need a good clean - I found chocolate bar wrapper & empty carrier bag in bedside table which was slightly offputting.

Breakfast

Abrupt staff attitude, terrible room (Single No 4) - grubby bathroom, ceiling paper falling down, bath panel cracked, dirty carpet. Awful view over flat roof with discarded rubbish on top of it.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. A warm and good atmosphere. Very polite helpful. Food was good.

Even thou we were in a smoking bedroom there could have been air fresheners. small part of ceiling paper was hanging down. Room needed to be brightening up. However would recommend and would stay again. No real complaints. Value for money.

Very dated. Very basic. But clean. (Apart fromt he stairway which was grim).

Old, tired, out of date, not clean, poor repair, dirty carpets. In need of a good spruce up

The hotel is very tired. My room was fine but the bathroom did smell of damp quiet badly. I was awoken at 3am with next doors tv very loud, after complaining the manager told them to turn it down but even on low the walls are so thin it was not good. The tv went off at 4ish and after 10 minutes on came another one, somewhere.... I did go back to sleep for an hour around 6. The breakfast was ok except for a sat avoid 10-15 mins before bygone even acknowledge me, let alone serve.
