Modern rooms at this Best Western hotel each feature an LCD satellite TV, a work desk and CD-player. DVD-players are available from the front desk. The 3 restaurants offer a wide variety of dishes from around the world, including South Indian, Malaysian and European cuisine. Each restaurant is individually decorated and room service is also available. Guests can choose to sample some of the range of cocktails available in the Malabar Room. The Peacock’s own Malabar Punch or exotic Coconut Lagoon recipes are very popular. Warwick Castle and the M40 highway are all within a 10 minute drive. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. We asked to see our room and the room with the four-poster bed that we had seen on the internet. We chose to upgrade to the four poster room which was done with no fuss whatsoever. We had privacy, but the staff were available and responsive when needed. There was a lack of clarity regarding the menu at the Coconut Lagoon restaurant and the "20% off for guests". We, ourselves and our friends, selected the £27.50 "Experience" meal, it was lovely, but the bill was more than expected. The "Experience" meal choice included drinks, but it turned out that the 20% off offer applied only to the food. This was not made clear and led to some disappointment.

The staff were very helpful. There was an issue with the heating to which the staff kept us informed and supplied us with a small heater for the room. This didnt spoil the stay and would use the hotel again if i was in the area.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Very high quality of food in the restaurant with an pleasing twist on the normal 'Indian' menu. I was on the top floor and the room was a little 'tired' and not great for an evening watching TV as it was very small, but it was clean. WiFi did not work during my two nights but the staff acknowledged this, apologised and are awaiting replacement parts from their IT company.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good and parking is available The room was quite small and poorly heated. Moreover it was located at the second floor without elevator, just a narrow staircase.

Very disappointed with the room. Eating area very good, but you do not stay in the eating area!! A travel Lodge would give you more comfort and better value for money. After staying in many hotels throughout Britain & the world, I do not feel that The Peacock warrants a 3* rating but more so a 2* which would have prevented me even considering this hotel. Booking in @the main building then having to walk back in the rain across the very poor - limited parking area which was chaotic at the time of arrival was a very unpleasant experience & at one time we considered driving off and booking into the near by Holiday Inn. (A far more up lifting hotel) Learn by my mistake!!

The food and the ambience. It's a real gem of a hotel. We have stayed twice - once in 2004 (because the hotel I knew up the road was full - and were we glad it was! as it turned out that the Peacock was a much better place to stay for an impromptu stop off on the way home after our honeymoon) and last Saturday evening (we always wanted to go back and were not disappointed). I would always recommend it. The food is fabulous and the way the hotel has been put together is just lovely. The only very small thing was that the orange juice wasn't great with an absolutely gorgeous breakfast.

Its location, staff very friendly and helpful. Heating was non- existent in first room but was offered heater or move to another room so not a problem. Bit of a rabbit warren of stairs to get to the room but not really a problem.
