Location was ok.

Staff are not helpful at all. rooms are too small. breakfast is inconvenient, you have to go to next door hotel between 7:30am - 9:30am. Shower isn't working properly and you better not leave your belongs in the bathroom, cleaners will take it and claim they disposed them. I do not recommend for anybody to call pearl a hotel, rather lets call them motel or bed and breakfast even thou they don't have a breakfast. Regards

This is a really nasty hotel. I made my booking in good faith, but everything about this hotel is awful! The room was very small, and looked like it had never been cleaned. There was obvious signs of building work going on in other parts of the hotel, and the window was covered with dust and debris. This hotel was so bad, that I just could not bear to sleep in the dirty stained bed sheets. I had to get back on to Booking.com and book another hotel. I asked for my money back, but they refused. I just had to chalk this up to bad experience and move on! Please do not go anywhere near this hotel!

i had a room it what i would call the basement the walls where so damp there was water on my pillows in the morning

Good location, cheap as chips! Seem to be trying to sort out things that have been complained about.

Breakfast was in the next hotel so had to leave the building early... However this is just while the kitchen is having a re-fit. Lots of stairs and no lift... There was a knack to the shower- needed to be told about that rather than having to ask

Our last stay was in room 19 which is large, nice furnished, firm bed, lots pillows which are found in your wardrobes! fridge, coffee & tea, two little armchair things & coffee table. We never have time to try breakfast but it looks delicious.

The man above our room seemed to be alone but was on heat most of the night, doing rituals to himself judging by the noises.

Staff are very nice, friendly, rooms clean, clean bedding and lots pillows, plenty hot water, fridge in rooms, quite after 11pm, security card door & room locks.

Staff were very helpful when we had a small problem in our room. Very good value for money. Close to the Hammersmith Apollo and Hammersmith train station.

Beds could have done with more pillows. Room was quite small and hot.

The room myself and partner were given room 11 was in the basement at the back. Furnished very nice, bedding clean and plenty pillows, base bed broken but no trouble. Heating was good, nice tv, good fridge, kettle, coffee,tyea & milk with clean mugs. The bath room excellent with small shower, wash basin and toilet. Very quite after 11pm.

Confused charges, this stay was £39.50 special offer double room. My partner tried to book double room following week & was told its £90 to £70 but hotel site states £70 double room & £53 twin room, so I booked a twin on booking.com as it was also £53.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a poor attitude and surly staff. We were pointed up the stairs to our room which had no lights besides the ceiling light and cigarette burns on the side table and curtains. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage. There was a boiler cupboard in our room which made a very loud buzzing sound intermittently all night. We asked to move rooms but were told we couldn'T. At around 1-2 am someone put a television on very loud in one of the other rooms and it remained on until morning. I could hear every word on the tv programmes. I must have had about two hours sleep trying not to move the unfitted sheet too much because there was just bare mattress underneath. Breakfast was just stale croissant and eggs with beans. Absolutely appalling.

I really enjoyed my stay it was perfect location for our evenings entertainment and there were some nice eateries near by too.

A little noisy as we had bassement roonm under reception and breakfast room but a little noise is to be expected in a busy hotel, so did not really spoil our enjoyment.

Room was very clean and staff very friendly. They give you a swipe card so you can come and go as you please. Its only a short walk to both Hammersmith Apollo and Westfield shopping centre.

staff were lovely, very willing to help out with directions and easily approachable! soo close to shepherds bush o2 and westfield and also close to hammersmith!

only thing i would say would be that dont stay here if your not just looking for a reasonable place to stay. its not luxury, its basic, but you get what you pay for and there is nothing dodgy about it....

We actually stayed at Sapphire, their sister B&B just a few doors away - we were totally impressed with the room and considering the price they are going well over the odds - we certainly will book again

Would have preferred to stay in the B&B we booked in, as that was the one that the breakfast was being served - as it is even my husband didn't do breakfast on the morning as we had eaten supper very late the night before after the concert - would have appreciated correspondence pre arrival to let us know we were being moved

We liked that it was close to where we wanted to be

In the bathroom there was mould on the ceiling and a horrible damp smell

All The staff and Mr Malik were very helpful and informative. The hotel was clean and tidy. This is a budget hotel and for the price you get a good breakfast, The location is central and plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Bus and train links close.

The weather but not the hotels problem

l'hotel è in una buona posizione vicino all'underground, la colazione è piuttosto ricca niente di particolare, nella camera singola c'era tutto l'occorrente anche il piccolo frigo, insomma tutto ciò che mi serviva. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è indiscutibilmente vantaggioso. Grazie

Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Free wifi.

Our room was quite small, We had to wait for the breakfast because the dining room was too small.

Location for BBC Centre and the underground excellent, as was the price.

Noisy rooms (pipes connecting all showers ran through the room and burst into life with every use). Uncomfortable mattress without topper covered by non-fitted sheets that didn't fit (leading to a wrestling match during the night).

Friendly helpful staff, good location in regards to transport, shopping etc. Breakfast was light but adequate.

Bed was hard, very small room with double bed hard against wall!!. Couldnt swing a cat.

Clean and warm. Very cheap. Good breakfast for budget hotel. Good TV.

Single room was on the unacceptable side of small. No holder for shower head.

A very good, clean and pleasant small hotel. Fantastic value for money. Good location convenient for Sheppards Bush and transport links. Nice breakfast included.

The staff were excellent: very friendly, the room was very clean, the location was very convenient, easy walk or bus to Hammersmith hospital. Thank you for a great stay. Will definitely be coming back.

Water pressure was lacking in the shower

The hotel is clean, comfortable. My room was quiet. Breakfast is good. The situation is perfect near Westfield shopping centre and Underground stations.
