The room was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious. In a good area close to public transport and restaurants, pubs etc. |

The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. In an ideal location within easy walking distance of the city centre, as long as you are not walking with heavy bags! Lack of hot water and pressure in the shower. |

Friendly, casual and really great sized room. Nice ensuite. Free internet access! Regular easy-to-use buses into the city. I had to leave too early for the included breakfast but the dining room looked nice and the owner offered to pre-prepare me some cereal and juice the night before instead. Not the Hotel's fault but an issue for the area in general - there are some pubs nearby and I stayed Saturday night and when the pubs shut there is a fair amount of noise on the street by exiting patrons. Fortunately I was too tired to care and slept OK anyway. |

Pleasant walk into the city centre. Plus the open-top tourbus stops nearby!! Close to pubs that can be a bit noisy at the weekend. |

för priset vi betalade var detta ett mycket prisvärt hotell som jag skulle kunna tänka mig att rekomendera till andra. rummet vi bodde på var stort ljust och hemtrevligt. jag skulle gärna ha sett att det fanns mer variation på frukosten. Nu var det traditionell Engelsk som jag kan tänka mig inte uppskattas av t.ex. vegitarianer. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer ausgesprochen sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Frühstück war lecker und frisch zubereitet, die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum annehmbar. Ein Verlängerungstag war ohne Schwierigkeiten möglich. |

Соотношение цена-качество - великолепное! Прекрасный обслуживающий персонал, вполне приемлемый завтрак. Очень порадовало наличие кухни и гладильной доски. И особенно понравился район проживания - он чудесный! В номере не работала розетка - но, к счастью, можно было воспользоваться теми, которые находились в кухне. |

L'accueil du personnel. Le cadre très "victorien". Les petits déjeuner à l'Anglaise. L'espace de la première "chambre". Les problèmes d'odeur d'égouts. Le changement de chambre au bout de 3 jours. Un manque de finition dans la remise à niveau notamment des murs (peintures ).Un manque de petites "choses" dans les salles de bains (pas de bouchon de lavabo, Pb avec le mitigeur des douches, pas de patère pour accrocher ses vêtements, etc..) |
