The b and b was close to the nec, it had a lovely homely feel about it and we were made very welcome. The owner was so helpful and catered for everyone's needs.

The hotel location is very close to Birmingham airport, that is why I choiced this hotel. I had to go the airport early morning of check out day. I used taxi and the price was 6.5 GBP. Of cource you can use railway, it is just one stop. But the railway were not frequently stop. It is better to check timetable before your travel.The room was clean and look nice. The staff was friendly.

Location - easy to get to NEC and city centre, friendly staff, comfortable cottage, great shower, lovely rooms, lots of nice touches. Very picky, but the only thing that let the breakfast down for me were the cheap sausages!

Extremely friendly owner and staff, very comfortable and immaculately clean room. Standard of food very high and great attention to detail in the whole design of the property. Would definitively stay again. Nothing!

The location was perfect for the train to NEC and city centre. Our host was lovely, breakfasts consistently brilliant. We met fellow travellers as the table was communal. Our room was comfortable and warm (tho icy outside). Facilities good. Felt at home. Only the fact of single beds (which I understand are more convenient for majority of people).

Vey nice rooms, very quiet lots of nice touches great radiators in the bathroom! Nice choice of drinks in the room. Really good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly owner, generally a very nice place to stay. Great location for NEC & Birmingham. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Nothing to dislike !

Pebble cottage is close to the railway station with easy access to NEC and Birmingham city centre. Although the airport was close there was little noise after 10pm. The room is modern and and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was well cooked and nice. we were made very welcome again as we had stayed here two years ago and standards are just as good.

You have to take into account this is a b&b and not a 4 star hotel. Having said that it is excellent. It feels like a four star hotel, but much friendlier, and without the 24 hour reception. There is little to fault. The full English breakfast is copious and cooked to perfection. The service is friendly. The hotel is quite close to the airport. Having said that they are far enough and not directly above the landing path that there is almost no sound. Certainly not enough to disturb sleep. The house is on a substantial if not a main road. I noticed little noise from it. This is a friendly alternative to a business hotel. The wifi wasn't great, but they assured me they are working on it with the supplier.
