Location, comfortable room with a sea view, friendly staff
Superb as usual
Breakfast could benefit from more bacon and sausage but quality excellent
friendliness of staff
parking a bit difficult
Super visit we loved everything. The most comfortable bed ever. Very clean room and breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful owners.
this was my furth visit, as always, the owners are friendly and welcoming, room clean and modern, breakfast excellent
shower could be a little more powerful but is adequate.
Arrived early, were able to leave our bags at the hotel while we went off to the town. Room was a good size and had a great view. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were superb .(top marks for customer service.)
Road noise until quite late, parking close to the hotel was difficult.
The veggie sausage was very good also the room with a view was relaxing
the staff, the breakfast, the location, the value for money.
staff was fantastic very helpful and very generous. always glad to help. breakfast was great. with a selection of options to have i.e. fruit etc. I could not recommend this guest house enough. I loved it and did not want to go home. thanks
We had a really comfortable stay. The room was beautiful with balcony. The breakfast was really good and the owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.
Small and distinctive, very comfortable, parking in front, direct access to the seafront, bus stop nearby, will come again
friendly staff, extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, excellent food, would highly recommend this guest house
Room excellent, Breakfast excellent (all tastes catered for, and starts at 7am), staff very nice and willing to answer any questions. In the evening, one can walk 5 minutes to Castle pub (OK and food reasonable, but beer £3.60 pint), or take brisk 10-15 minute walk into town to enjoy the delights of local Wetherspoons (£2.10-£2.45 for a good pint, plus reasonable food). Wifi in room perfectly good; parking OK, as was able to find a space outside hotel each night (if a problem, speak to Nick, and he will suggest a local alternative).
Main problem is A127 drive to all points west in rush hour, but that is not the hotel's fault. Cannot fault the hotel at all.
Very friendly welcome. Giving us information of the area. Right on the seafront with plenty of free parking. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and hot.
There was nothing we didnt like
Excellent small guest house, attentive and very professional people. Excellent breakfast and very helpful in finding us a cab.
Lack of parking
Everything was amazing, strongly recommend getting the suite with a sea view! Number 4! Absolutely gorgeous, will definitely be staying again!
I didn't like it when I had to leave at the end of my stay!
It was all very good can not find fault with anything Many thanks
Great breakfast provided by hosts in a clean and tidy seafront located B&B. Good value, room a bit small but that can't be helped. Good sea view from rooms.
Convenient place to stay. Good choice on breakfast menu
Lacked personal touch. No doors on furniture & no hooks on back of bathroom door.
Great location, lovely owners and staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable beds and a fabulous breakfast room and breakfast. A lot of care and attention had obviously gone into the whole experience. Homemade Granola was the best I've tasted. Thank you to all the staff at Pebbles for providing great service, comfort and food :-) x
Room was very comfy, bathroom a bit small but still a lovely room with views across the beach and water, very modern and clean. Breakfast plentiful and tasty, very much liked the little takeaway fruit bowls. Great parking outside on the road.Would of liked to of booked for another nights stay but they were fully booked so we had to move on.
split personality of the owner was a bit of a concern. We did have a lovely stay at Pebbles, when leaving we had a friendly chat with the lady of the house which was nice. When we booked at another hotel down the road I realised that I had left a item of clothing at Pebbles, no worries we shall pop back before leaving the next day to collect. Well what a shock, my head was bitten off at the front door and was told that I had not left anything there - not true, I am not stupid. The attitude that I got at the door ruined my day and will not return again.
Comfy bed. Welcoming. Great breakfast choice
A bit of a walk to town but I already knew this when booking
the room was large and bright, high quality fittings, the owners were lovely, made to feel like long lost friends, the breakfast was fantastic, this is a lovely, friendly bed and breakfast
maybe a mirror and light near the table,my partner said when she was doing her make-up,but seeing how it didnt bother me,as i do not use any.really did not see any problem
We were up graded to the deluxe sea view room, it has a lovely glassed in balcony ( sliding doors if you want some sea air). A perfect spot for a glass of wine and watching the lights over the estuary at the end of the evening and for a cup of tea while watching the dog walkers and joggers in the morning.
