The bathroom

The location is good.

No breakfast.

Tv set, air conditioning, hair dryer. Only half an hour the citycentre by bus.

The room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable and narrow. There wasn't a wardrobe, either. The tea/coffee corner (?) was only a kettle.The room was in the basement, so there wasn't so much light. In addition, the basement was under reconstruction.

No intercom, no drinks or water vending machines, no active restaurant, single satallite TV system i.e. (no CNN, AJAZEERA, SKY NEWS etc) and WIFI not active in rooms.

is quite far from the center but the are good bus connections 24h. Clean and nice.

I liked the modern, bright decoration and the large clean rooms

The £5 cooked breakast seemed a good thing to try but it was disappointing. The sausage was almost cold , the hash browns greasy and all the bacon covered with a layer of black bits.I complained about the bacon and the chef said it couldn't be helped as it was cooked on a griddle. I suggested maybe the griddle should be cleaned.

Lovely Building with reasonable value for money breakfast.

TV and heating in R315 did not work. Downstairs TV in R311 did not work, debris on downstairs and upstairs room floors. No litter bin in R311.

Value for money. Nice room. Private bathroom.

Other guests having no respect for noise levels late at night. TV on very loud & not in room!!! Talking loudly to each other in corridor & not in room at well past midnight.

Location was excellent! Easy and quick access to the center by bus without any traffic jams. Stylish rooms equipped with the kettle and tea service. Perfect housekeeping service and breakfast staff. :)

window didn't open in room. staff weren't what I would call service friendly. the key to the room didn't seem to work. I had to get it activated each time we were in and out. the reaction of staff came across to me as these old folk not quiet with it.This made me feel angry cause all other places we stayed this trip the keys worked.

the food area is very bad I paid £ 5 for the full breakfast and took me through breakfast ..... poor service in that area

24hr reception Lovely clean bathroom

Looked like new(ish)room, but: Semi-collapsed bed at head end. Had to sleep feet to wall so had no wall to sit up against. TV had no reception.

We were in a basement, window looking into builders storage area.. no natural light (room 161 ) . Woken every morning including Sunday at around 6.25am by someone opening a chain grill over their entrance ( chain rattling against our window) and some kind of generator running throughout night. Can send photos.Couldn't walk round bed to get in... no space and heater obstructing.No instructions for heater. Room was double when should be single.Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful when we arrived at night.

No wifi being double booked can't even park in parking lot and had to pay money for nothing. Bad service.
