Polite staff. 24-7 present in the reception.
the bathroom was clean
the beddings were extremely old
I like the location, good for airport and for Oxford street
The bathroom is three stair marches up, not proper for those who visits toilet at night. The room was located at the stairs, like a balcony- it was very cold in the room (plus 6 degrees outside), blanket looked old and not fresh.
Wi-Fi is only, and literally only in the lobby, so lobby is constantly crowded. We found hotel closed when we came back at 3 a.m. and had to knock and ring for half an hour for someone to hear us and open the door which was very irritating! And above all this, the guy only laughed, not even a simple "Sorry" came out!
I like: Polish personal (I can understand), beatiful and clean room, bathtub, tea/coffee in the room, room service everyday, eggs to a breakfast
I don´t like: too thin walls (you can hear a lot), stupid smoking guests (smoke starts alarm at 3am), firmer mattress, miss some salami to a breakfast
breakfast scrambled eggs were served cold
Horrible bed Rooms cramped
don't really know
the staffs is very helpful , thank you for helping me to get a taxi for my family to Heathrow. Really saves my day.
Rooms were cleant on a daily basis, breakfast was good
The cold showers every morning
Nice toilet, clean and good location.
You have to wait for check in and they do not get responsible of taking your luggage while doing it. Wifi only in the hall.
Thin walls, thin doors, loud housekeepers in the morning
Clean rooms and good continental breakfast
Far too many people at breakfastfirst morning cue was horrendous
I really liked the location close to the centre of London. I also liked the room service, the rooms and bathrooms are kept clean. The provided breakfast is good also.
I think it would have been more comfortable if the WiFi was provided for rooms as well rather than just in the lobby.
Lots of places to eat near by
The request for bed not done said you don't alwsys get what you ask for . Groups of youths in the street felt uncomfortable fire alarm set off at 7 am so not impressed
The bed n the bathroom are also too small the bathroom sometimes no hot water the hair dryer is noisy sound the corridor is too noisy n the room is too mess so yr rating is too low but the room fee is too high under this facilities offered
The staff were pleasant. Good for Kensington and Hyde park, also good location for the underground as we were sightseeing for 4 days. The breakfast was better than I thought it would be ,and they do a great selection of items, but no full English.
I did like the room
Why the wifi is only at the reception?
-location near to bus lane, underground, halal food, shopping area.
- small shower room -small single room -
The relation cost-benefit comparing to London prices. Great restaurants around.
No wi-fi in the rooms. Dirty carpet in the rooms, my towel had simply two kinds of different hairs. No luggage room available, you simply cannot let your luggage to enjoy the beginning of your first day or your last day.
no wi fi in rooms
The room was good, clean and well heated. The location is between 2 Tube stations and various shops/ cafes in this area. Breakfast was fine, sufficient choices and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There's no wifi in the rooms which is a shame but since I was only there 1 night/ short time, I suppose it wasn't that important.
Nice area. Bed was comfortable. Superb cleanliness, including the bathroom.
Front desk could have been slightly more helpful (no-one bothered to help when I was trying to lift a very heavy bag upstairs). Room design was...questionable (one door opens onto a mirror; another door opens into the rest of the room). Wish that WiFi was available in bedrooms.
staff was good and helpful. the only good point
rooms were old and falling appart very poor wifi even in main area. beds rubbish not worth it. they call this a palace hotel you would expect some class. would have been better in a hostel travel lodge was cheaper and much better
Breakfast room very busy but food was plentiful and regularly replenished and there were eggs which was unexpected in an English version of continental breakfast
We only had 2 teabags and 2 milks in our double room, no coffee!
