Virtually nothing, apart from checking out. Honest. The worst London hotel I've stayed at. Definitely the smallest cramped room, not even a bedside table on one side of the bed (no room). Half a net curtain at the window. If you opened one of the small wardrobe doors, you couldn't get round the bed. Bare minimum of bathroom hospitality. Very poor lighting in a dark room. Canteen (can't call it restaurant) never had enough boiled eggs/toast/etc and staff never spoke, ("Good morning" would have been nice). Mad scramble when toast/eggs/etc appeared. Hotel (?) without a bar, no ice etc available. More like a hostel for back packers but with West End prices. My wife and I actually couldn't wait to leave and felt that we had been "ripped off".

Location is brilliant! You are just steps away form Hyde park. Noise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor isolation. If you are a party animal and stay out late at nights then you would better choose a different hotel. Was not possible to stay in bed after 8am, the noise was enormous!!

The location was OK, close to the Hyde Park and transport links. The hotel staff was not polite. They did not greet guests at the reception or when we came down for breakfast. The breakfast was also very basic. It consisted of the toast, eggs and some jam.

The bathrooms were described as being adjacent to the room however in reality it was down several steps which was inconvenient and dangerous if you need to use in the middle of the night half asleep. The bed covers were stained and dirty & was not even washed or changed during my 13 night stay. The staff at reception were generally ok but the female receptionist upon my checkin & the hotel manager were ubrupt, not helpful & uncourteous.

The location - nothing else. Very poor, no hot water at any time of the day! Barely luke warm, even at 10:30am or midnight. Wifi internet charged extra at £7 per day. Youth Hostels are better for travelling alone.

I got to leave The rooms are filthy! We seen two, they bought had holes in the walls dirty sheets cobwebs etc. the walls are very thin and you could hear a whisper downstairs. House keeping made our bed rather than change the sheets. They made the bed over anything that was on the bed rather than move the items. They also left the door open when they left. Every time we went through reception residents were asking to change rooms or for a refund. We began to wonder if it was the policy of the hotel to make residents make on site cancellations with no refunds so they could re-rent the room. The breakfast was awful: fruit salad from a tin and boiled eggs are not continental breakfast as far as I am aware. We cancelled the 3rd night of our stay and got a much nicer hotel where the pictures on the website matched reality for €15 more. Do yourself a favour don't stay in this establishment spend a few quid extra on a hotel.

We liked location, it is very close to bayswater and quinsway tube stations, tesco and some nice pubs are as well several minutes from the place. Reception personell is quite good in servicing. Its is very safe district, we could leave our luggage at reception for a half of the day. Rooms are very small, need renovation, some wals were with moulds, it got really humid in the rooms, breakfast is everyday the same and not really nice, just eggs, jam, butter, some toasts, no vegetables at all, breakfast room are really hectic in the morning. The biggest disatvantage - very very very poor isolation, we hear everything what happened in corridors, in neighbour rooms, there came ~40 passenger group from italy, they were young, so every night, every nigh, during all night, they were shouting and laughing in corridors, rooms etc, we couldnt sleep at all, even after asking to be quite for several times, we didint got an hout to sleep. We vere really tired after that "resting". Hotel is big, so you can expect groups anytime. In total, we payd waaaay too much for the hotel. If price is good - its is ok.

Staff friendly and helpful, no problems there. Food during buffet breakfast didn't run out even though we came last minute on both nights. Excellent location!! Room fairly clean. Very old building - the floor squeeky - could hear everyone walking up and down the corridor, or indeed person upstairs taking shower - not nice!!! Poor value for money, even for the location. The hotel has 3 starts but it's not! I would give 1 or 2. Room cleaned properly but so old you could see the dirt has gone in the carpet etc anyway. Enough food for breakfast but very low quality and poor choice. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to two different Tube stations. Close to restaurants and stores. A few things did not work (shower & hair dryer) when we arrived, but the staff made suitable alternative arrangements immediately and the shower was fixed the next morning. We had a 5 person room with a loft that was convenient. The room was not big, but we did not expect that in London. We were out being tourists from morning to evening, so we were not looking for a luxurious hotel. The price and location were right. No luggage room, but you are welcome to leave your luggage in the lobby. We did and had no problem.

Good value for money - had low expectations and I got what I had anticipated. Good breakfast. The bathroom in our room had a bad smell of drains coming from it which made the stay uncomfortable. The room was incredibly small also - particularly beacuse there were three adults sharing.

location and price ,polite staff.lobby was very nice but beyond that the hotel was very budget Rooms were very cramped . we were in the basement and there was alot of noise throught the night of service personal coming and going, chatting etc. which made it near impossible to sleep. Room carpet was grubby as was the bed spread. The orange juice at breakfast was diluted orange squash and very poor not fesh juice as you would expect .Water for showers in the morning was cold ....no hot water ! this was experianced by all members of my party ..

Absolutley nothing. The hotel is smelly, dirty, noisy and is crumblling down and is in need of alot of refurbishments. There was nothing to like about this hotel. The photos one sees on the internet are misleading and are not representative at all. We were shocked when we entered this hotel. It was a big mistake to book in this hotel.

Hard to find, poky room with separate bathroom up a flight of stairs, lots of street noise, uncomfortable bed, worn carpets, tiny tv with just 4 channels - only stay as a last resort.
