roof over my head kept the rain out. window large enough to jump out of if fire, could not chance corriders (see below). the beds were so old lumpy the large mirror fell out of it frame an slide down back of dressing table whilst someone was under the table to use socket,(i did make a verbal and written complaint about this, as it was a health and safety issue, no one was interested. no one has replyed) which did not work either. only one of the lamps over a bed worked. no plug in sink or bath. the fire doors were wedge back with the fire extingishers. |

The hotel was in a good area close to the tube station. Everything was close to hand or was easily accessible. Excellent for visiting the attractions in london. Reasonable price for a room in the location. Breakfast was rather dissapointing. Few options were available and the milk for the cereal was left out on a very warm day. Also, although the hotel claims to have an iron and ironing board available for guests, only an iron was available, which is obviously of no use. Even if it were available, the room was far too small it would have been very difficult to use it anyway. |

Convenient for the purpose of my visit, good modern shower unit & refurbished bathroom. Comfortable bed. Fair amount of choice for breakfast. Pokey room (less than 30cm between beds). 1 flat & uncomfortable pillow per bed. No curtains and a blind that was all tangled up. No plug in the sink. No remote for the TV. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast - tinned fruit not fresh, only 2 choices of cereal (plain bran or cornflakes) despite the dispensers indicating greater choice. Given that this was advertised as a 3* hotel, I was disappointed. At £75 per night it was definitely not worth the money. Had I had the time to read the guest reviews before I booked, I would have gone elsewhere!. |

Location of the hotel is fantastic. Bedroom looking onto park basic but clean, bathroom spacy enough with constant hot water.24 check-in great.High ceilings an asset in recent hot weather. Twin beds very uncomfortable , matress needs changing. Hotel need s a good lick of paint or makeover. Hotel has huge potential to improve. |

The location of the hotel and the surroundings. Clean beds and bathroom. Toughness of the night shift staff, shortage of extra pillows, missing of Tea making facilities (not according to what was written on web and on the notice at room's door back), Loud voice of the guests at neighbouring rooms. |

It was the cheapest that we could find at the time; it was reasonably close to Bayswater Tube Station - an okay walk; it was clean. It was a very hot day / night in London, and the hotel was sweltering - it felt like they still had the readiators turned on. The corridors were hot and airless, and the room was the same. The window had to be propped open using the waste-paper bin. |

The location is great, it is very close to Portobello Road, and all Notting Hill shops and restaurants The receptionist was extremely unwelcoming on our arrival, and not helpful about our leaving bags until check in time; it is quite shabby - the curtain in our bedroom window was torn and stained. The Terrace that looks lovely on the pictures could be, but is very run down, with hardly any chairs. |

The vicinity to Hyde Park Everything else, small rooms, late night noise from the terrace below kept us awake we had to phone reception at1am to get people off the terrace. The breakfast room was too small and it was very slapdash, the paintwork was not clean and there were cobwebs on the ceiling, I could go on! |

Checking out Everything. The room was a tiny dog box. The staff were extremely rude. The bathroom was an actual flight of stairs away, from the room. The advertisement was misleading |

The room bedding and the Bathroom / shower room was clean and neat. The area is quite good ... The room that we got, was very horrible... had a single bed rite at the entrance and need to get down 10 step inside to room for the twin bed. The bed itself was not comfortable. The staff were not so fluent in english |

The hotel is fine. The room I had should never be let The room, B03 was unbearable. It was next to the dining hall and as a consequence, from 6am, you could not sleep |
