Lots of guests are first accommodated in the Basement floor with worse room standards and lots of noise. Then they are upgraded (in fact they get what had been ordered in the booking) starting from the 2nd night.

Nice and quiet location. Close to Tube station and all the stores. All room facilities are available and there is a bath tub.

Windows were very dirty. Breakfast was not very original and did not taste good. Very bad matress.

It has good location near two central underground stations.

My room had separate bathroom, and the guy from the hotel reception did not know which key is for the room and which is for the bathroom. The shower looked like it was not cleaned for several weeks already. Internet on the hotel reception was not working, or the receptionist just did not know how to use it. The breakfast was rather poor - just toasts and corn flakes.

The size of the room, the lack of amenities the very distant location of the washroom and the very poor quality of the design and construction of the washroom

not far to the tube station,pleasant area over looking the park,ideal as a base but hotel not ideal for relaxing in.plenty of places near by to eat and enough a drink.

rooms need updating had to move rooms as no lock on window and could be accessed from other rooms via balcony.Breakfast very basic you need to get there early as it gets very busy and they struggle to get enough food out.No tea or coffee facities in room but you can get it at reception at a charge.

the worst hotel in the world.3 stars,never an absolute disgrace.i wouldnt give it a star.if i were you i would not carry on advertising this so called hotel.the only good thing about the hotel is the front door on the way out after your stay

everything.the breakfast was a shambles 4 slice of toast every 5 mins for 60 people

It is situated in a nice neighborhood.

The room was quite small, no fridge, hair-drier worked ca 30 sec, the room wasn't too clean.
