The room bedding and the Bathroom / shower room was clean and neat. The area is quite good ... The room that we got, was very horrible... had a single bed rite at the entrance and need to get down 10 step inside to room for the twin bed. The bed itself was not comfortable. The staff were not so fluent in english |

we have boocked about 3 weeks befor arraval and when we ware by the hotel they said there is no room there is a 2 single room they gave a key which was not working a day later we did not like the room they have no other only in B flour and they told us that they can give us a room like which we boocked but after the people leave and we must put our belongens by the reception we came late in the night and foundd our stuf in the reception bad bad badd hotel |

very good location near two underground stations The room was not very clean and cold. The bed sheets were clean but the blanket not. Many dead insects on the walls. The bathroom was private but outside the room. The floor of the shower was dirty and the corners were green. |

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the room was an OK size and it was a decent price. There were good transport links too - very close to Bayswater tube station. There was more variety than I'm used to at breakfast too - boiled eggs and fruit salad on top of the usual cereal and toast. The things that were meant to be warm at breakfast weren't very, as there had been no attempt to keep them warm. The eggs were in a basket and consequently were lukewarm. There was no toaster available for guest use, just toast laid out on the table - you could get warm toast if you waited for the staff to replace it and then went up instantly. |

Elevator, beautiful terrace, real bathroom (no plastic tiny rooms), change of towels every day (no need to ask for them), courtesy of the hotel staff, good position, beautiful view from the window. You need to race for the warmed bread at breakfast |

The Pembridge looked promising from the outside. Was very cheap. The room was dirty, the bed covers were worse. A bed throw kept in the wardrobe smelled so bad it was like something had died in it. Beds most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. I guess you get what you pay for but I was lured by the 3 stars (1 star would be more appropriate) |

Location was ideal for getting about in London I found the information on the site rather misleading. It was not as comfortable and I didn't find it value for money. The staff we not welcoming at all. Not a great experience at all. |

It was very cheap, i paid £98 for 3 nights in London. It was only a 5 minute walk from Bayswater station It could get a little noisy outside the hotel |

Room was adequate, quiet, the hotel is set in a good location, as well as extremely good value for money considering I only paid 33 pounds. The room felt a bit dirty, although the bathroom was ok. |

Location of the hotel was very central. Very disappointed as no room service (I was asked to go down to reception to pick extra pillow), room was tiny and very basic, about half the plates in the breakfast was chipped. Very disappointing for a 3 star hotel. |
