we have boocked about 3 weeks befor arraval and when we ware by the hotel they said there is no room there is a 2 single room they gave a key which was not working a day later we did not like the room they have no other only in B flour and they told us that they can give us a room like which we boocked but after the people leave and we must put our belongens by the reception we came late in the night and foundd our stuf in the reception

Easy for commuting into central london.

Quite noisy, you can easily hear through the walls of rooms.

The hotel is fine. The room I had should never be let

The room, B03 was unbearable. It was next to the dining hall and as a consequence, from 6am, you could not sleep

Location, prize, and breakfast. The best hotel I have stayed in london! Really, for this prize, I think is one of the best you can find!

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, polite and helpful, the room was an OK size and it was a decent price. There were good transport links too - very close to Bayswater tube station. There was more variety than I'm used to at breakfast too - boiled eggs and fruit salad on top of the usual cereal and toast.

The things that were meant to be warm at breakfast weren't very, as there had been no attempt to keep them warm. The eggs were in a basket and consequently were lukewarm. There was no toaster available for guest use, just toast laid out on the table - you could get warm toast if you waited for the staff to replace it and then went up instantly.

bit crowded at continental breakast/wait for items of food.

The Pembridge looked promising from the outside. Was very cheap.

The room was dirty, the bed covers were worse. A bed throw kept in the wardrobe smelled so bad it was like something had died in it. Beds most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. I guess you get what you pay for but I was lured by the 3 stars (1 star would be more appropriate)
