It was very good value for money with a modern ensuite. The breakfast was a bit limited but quiet adequate for my needs. The noise from the corridor and from doors slamming made it difficult to get an early night's sleep. No tea making facilities in the room. The evening meal that I had one night was so small, that it came not on a plate, but a saucer.

It was nice and clean Room 119 is the smallest room I've ever stayed in - about 8 square metres including shower room. No bedside light only main ceiling light only switchable from the door switch. No tea or coffee facilities despite stating they were provided.

It was good value for money and the room was always clean and tidy The heating was always on meaning that at night you'd need to sleep with the window open so quiet was not an option. The radiator didn't have a dial you could turn off.

The closeness of busses and the tube station Tight washing facilities and the stupid location of the shelf above the sink.Condensation on the windows every morning. Who designed this Hotel? You should get him back to do a better job because I am sure it's quite a modern building

Good location. Not as advertised; no tea/coffee making facilities, breakfast not including some foods which were included in description when booked. Room seemed low quality, very loud, cracking floor. Water took around ten minutes of running before it was warm enough to shower.

Near the emirates stadium. Great little restaurants near by. Clean budget friendly hotel. Would stay again when visiting Arsenal. Room too hot in middle of the nite. Need more pillows on bed.

The hotel is easily accessible, located in transport zone 2. Offers standard accomodation, daily cleaned. Although close to main road, the outside noise is not annoying as the windows are soundproof. Reception is open 24 hours, willing to help. Interior is well decorated, althought minimalistic. Kept clean. Three things: 1. The (bathroom + toilet) is very small, ours was 70x190 cm, even children have to keep the door open to allow to move. 2. The breakfast is very same every morning - bread, butter, ham, cheese, jam, cornflakes, cereals, tea, coffee, milk, juice. That's it. No vegetables, no yogurt, no eggs, no fried bacon. Slight change day to day would be appreciated. 3. Noise from the corridor is slightly annoying - shutting the door, steps, speech on the corridor is very well heared. This is due to the wooden flooring, unadjusted door closing too fast and low noise-insulation of the door. Room to room insulation as well as windows are OK, but the corridor and doors need some accustic care.

The location of the hotel was excellant for the Emirates Stadium visit we had booked and also to get into Central London on the Saturday evening. Also the decor of the hotel was clean and bright, felt very fresh and clean. Our room was on the top floor. We had 2 rooms as we have 2 teenage boys, 301 and 305 and they both stank of raw sewage. 305 was so bad that we had to use the shower in 301. The rooms were unbearbaly hot, the radiators were on full heat and you could not turn them off. If you opened the window you got all of the road noise. When I complained I was told there were no more rooms available (trying to move due to the terrible smell) and was told the radiators are like that as some guests want it warmer than others. Dont think the chap really understood english and what I was asking. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. On the web site it is listed as having this. Very annoyed as I would not have booked if I had known. Walls between rooms were also very very thin and you could hear every word people next door were saying. No glasses or cups in room so could not get a drink of water. No food allowed in room both of which are not listed on the web site. Only 1 pillow per person which was a very thin pillow. When asked for more pillows told they are not available. Really annoyed as the hotel is great but its just let down on these points above. A little bit of care and thought and this would be a really great hotel.

Room is basic but there is a good use of space in the single room. Wasn't bothered by noise when trying to sleep. Had option to upgrade to cooked breakfast. Would have liked tea making facilities in room. Wifi reception was intermittant and kept having to sign in again
