Good location. Staff very professional. Although Classic room was very large and clean needs redecoration and updating. No lift to top floor. |

I enjoyed the look of the hotel..we saw it on a website and it had everything we were looking for it was out of the city and yet close enough to where we were going site seeing in the morning. It looked like a very relaxed place to stay with nice walking trails. In the room we had the bathroom door did not shut properly and the shower door was missing the rubber piece that stops the water from getting all over the floor. The fire exit door everytime it opens and closes it bangs keeping us awake most of the night. And the laundry carts out side under the room was very noisey in the night. |

We enjoyed the serenity, character and charm of the Manor. The food is fantastic and the staff are excellent. The room we stayed in was very nice. It was lovely to relax in the lounge in the evening over a cocktail or enjoy afternoon tea and scones in the bright and cheery sunroom which overlook the beautiful grounds. |

Everything, the food, rooms and service. A face cloth would be nice with all the towels. |
