Arrived late.Did not see much. but room was spacious and the location was quiet. Kristina at reception was excellent. Helped with food ordering, delivery of iron and ironing board and explaining about the Scenic Route in Falmouth. Food was tasty and good. |

The hotel was good- staff friendly- however I claimed one night rate reduction because the hotel was given over to a wedding party for one day - Also rates are much less booking directly on the Best western Site |

Well maintained, friendly atmosphere set in lovely gardens. Menus for the restuarant and bar - Over the top or dull and boring |

The setting of the hotel was good, quite and convenient. Good leisure centre and facilities. Selection of Bar food and Restaurant food, it was expensive and especially in the restaurant the choice was very poor. Drinks were also very expensive. |

Very friendly staff and well-appointed rooms; un-hurried breakfast. Appauling tv reception in the room, although in public rooms every care was given to crystal-clear reception. Much advertising of Best Western around, but no detailed maps anywhere to be seen. |

Without a request, our room was upgraded to avoid a Christmas party being held at hotel. This was particularly appreciated. |

Price, facilities, location spiders in room, restaurant food far too fussy and 'nouvelle'. |

Swimming pool; friendly staff The hotel made a mistake with our reservation - we were only booked in for 2 nights rather than 3 and it was suggested that we accept an alternative hotel for the third night or for the three nights - we were not happy about this and said so and so it was agreed that we would stay; poor breakfast; uncomfortable bed |

Staff friendly and helpful. Food good. Function organisation good. Poor room facilities - TV not working correctly, lights not working, bathroom decor and equipment old and tired. |

surrounding gardens our rooms were very noisy - we were on groundfloor and could hear every little step. Door was faulty and banged against frame whenever someone in the coridor opened or closed another door. Sleep was short and interupted. Breakfast service was awful on day 1, then good. Rooms were overpriced if you do not take advantage of hotel pool and gym - and maybe overpriced even then. |

Centrally situated for harbour, town centre and beaches. Excellent cuisine and extremely comfortable en suite rooms. A small hotel overlooking the beautiful Kimberley Park. |
The Red House is an elegant and distinctive Victorian house overlooking the harbour and the River Fal. It is about 150 metres from the seafront and Gyllyngvase and Castle beaches. |
With stunning sea views over Falmouth Bay, this AA 2-star private hotel offers en suite rooms, a restaurant, residents' lounge, licensed bar, sun terrace and car park. |
Situated opposite the beautiful Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth, Cornwall, the hotel is just 45 minutes away from the Eden Project and enjoys a panoramic coastal view to the Lizard Peninsula. |
