large room on ground floor with access to garden for dog. Rather unnecessary to charge for dog though, I thought. £ 8 isnt really worth putting on the bill from your point of view. |

Friendly staff, good food at a reasonable price, nice location. Cooked breakfast not available before 7.30a.m. Only 1 waitress available from 7a.m. - struggling to meet demand. |

Arrived late.Did not see much. but room was spacious and the location was quiet. Kristina at reception was excellent. Helped with food ordering, delivery of iron and ironing board and explaining about the Scenic Route in Falmouth. Food was tasty and good. |

The hotel was good- staff friendly- however I claimed one night rate reduction because the hotel was given over to a wedding party for one day - Also rates are much less booking directly on the Best western Site |

The setting of the hotel was good, quite and convenient. Good leisure centre and facilities. Selection of Bar food and Restaurant food, it was expensive and especially in the restaurant the choice was very poor. Drinks were also very expensive. |

Very friendly staff and well-appointed rooms; un-hurried breakfast. Appauling tv reception in the room, although in public rooms every care was given to crystal-clear reception. Much advertising of Best Western around, but no detailed maps anywhere to be seen. |
