Best Western Penmere Manor Hotel

peace and quiet of hotel

Arrived late.Did not see much. but room was spacious and the location was quiet. Kristina at reception was excellent. Helped with food ordering, delivery of iron and ironing board and explaining about the Scenic Route in Falmouth. Food was tasty and good.

we enjoyed the food and service in dining room, the facilities of leisure centre,the lovely grounds and accessibility to sw england.

The setting of the hotel was good, quite and convenient. Good leisure centre and facilities.

Selection of Bar food and Restaurant food, it was expensive and especially in the restaurant the choice was very poor. Drinks were also very expensive.

Very friendly staff and well-appointed rooms; un-hurried breakfast.

Appauling tv reception in the room, although in public rooms every care was given to crystal-clear reception. Much advertising of Best Western around, but no detailed maps anywhere to be seen.

Without a request, our room was upgraded to avoid a Christmas party being held at hotel. This was particularly appreciated.

Swimming pool; friendly staff

The hotel made a mistake with our reservation - we were only booked in for 2 nights rather than 3 and it was suggested that we accept an alternative hotel for the third night or for the three nights - we were not happy about this and said so and so it was agreed that we would stay; poor breakfast; uncomfortable bed

A really good friendly hotel, and a lovely swimming pool.

Excellent food especially breakfast - good value for money
